As a core member of this KD ill say it would be nice if Emeriti and BB chipped in and that a way is found to make competition as fair as possible in the future. Your kingdom has shown complete lack of understand of have deals and CFs work and that being said the ability to manipulate the situation to your advantage is very questionable.

Also the claim of wanting to war all the people in the top and then acting in this way is contradiction to your goals and I do not mean not WDing... I mean the deal break. When you have a CFs with notices and YR expires people are given an assumed protection based on the word of the other kingdom. In the deal you claim Pandas broke because the paper read cf was broken doesn't mean their was a deal break. You had a blank cf. A blank cf can be broken at anytime by both sides. You assuming it was EoA is your misplay and why you ate the wave unprepared. What you did this age was offer a time you both should of been ready to engage in hostiles and instead of meet up on the playground at the arranged time you jumped out from the alley while they were on the way there and hit them on the head with a bat before the fight started. Not only did you misplay your goal to war top kingdoms on their turf because not a single one will give you a CF deal based on your recent actions. They cant feel safe attempting to pump with a deal you more than likely will intend to break if they will have too much of an advantage in the conflict.

This action also showed you don't want to war on even terms you want to hurt kingdom and not war them for the wars sake.

@Bart and others: Accusations are going to fly whenever a dealbreak happens, and there aren't immediate responses from everyone. Just roll with it. It makes things much funnier. People aren't doing this because you aren't welcome. People are doing it because they always pull this crap to each other. If anything, that's a sign you are welcome to top play.
