It would probably be best if Sparta would give Panda an extra 48h orso and Panda agrees to a certain landcap. This wouldn't have much impact on WPA so theoretically, Sparta keeps it's advantage on that front.

Its obvious that octo is the master puppeteer. Bart and everyone else is just a pawn for him.
Let me try to understand this .... Notpandas or 42 is currently at a 10,000+ acre land advantage. Instead of pumping your current acres for the next 6 days to prep for war, you are trying to explore more to get a 20k+ land advantage and then demanding that you should be given 8-10 days instead of 6 days to pump your 20k land advantage before you can war?
I'm not sure how the "top" wars but those are pretty ridiculous terms for any warring tier kd. Guess I have a lot to learn when it comes to the art of QQ diplomacy. It is no wonder that warring tier holds such disdain for the "top".

I don't know much about mechanics and strategy but it seems Pandas have quite a bit of land. I will try my best to shout "ATTACK" with everything I have and then see what happens :D
Pandas should be salivating at the chance to test their mettle and show the world once and for all that they are the best warring-whoring Kingdom on the server. We're just a rag-tag assembly of ghetto-players trying to make ends meet. I think 90% of the crowns we have rest on Octo's head.
Can you confirm or deny that you got pandas locked in war during the time at which your CF with them was to expire and failed to extend CF because you want to vulture them after a 10 day war with your allies?

Yes we explored the chained provs, this is very common in all kingdoms to do in eowcf, simply because they need some land back to be able to get an economy going. No one in their right minds would explore up any banks or a large amount of acres in eowcf as its 5 times as expensive.
