I would hope Spartans are fair and do this on their own. But I don't think Jesters should interfere in any of that. I mean where do you draw the line? Should the server just hand the crown to "42" just because this happened?

I did not say to let sparta get away with everything. All I am saying is that it isn't Jester's job or position to ensure a cf extension, nor in their ability after losing 16 provinces.
If Spartans did something wrong they should be punished.
However I see other kingdoms that stand to gain just as much if not more than Spartans. And as much as I dislike Bart, this time I don't think he did it.

I was very clear. The razes done against the dealbrakers during the war were an arresting action. Not punishment.
Whatever is an acceptable punishment or should one be required? That's not for me to decide, but for the involved parties.

It would probably be best if Sparta would give Panda an extra 48h orso and Panda agrees to a certain landcap. This wouldn't have much impact on WPA so theoretically, Sparta keeps it's advantage on that front.
