Truth is your guy hit a smaller KD thinking "FREE HIT" then they retal, you did so 2x. How is what you did FAIR? All KD bottom feed but you ran into a KD that knows its stuff. I hope they hit you all age, and I hope they get creamed for hitting into war. Both actions are deplorable but part of the game.
I do not oppose a 1v1 senario against small KD, its 2v1 I hate.

@Krop: If you didnt want a prolonged conflict you shouldn't retalled the retal. You thought you could bully the smaller kingdom into submission just cause you were bigger.

@Mati: I think both KD are grievously wrong for 2 different reasons, but thats not why I wanted names.
As a ghetto I'd be more inclined to help small KD.

There's nothing stopping you from razing them out of their wars or just raze killing them one by one if they don't war.

As an aside, your reaction "screw what you want, we're the bigger kingdom so you'll do what we want or we'll punish you" is exactly why smaller kingdoms need to be able to raze into wars.

well first thing first I don't think you should start sending messages to opponents that retal you just because you think you are better because you are bigger, that is a very un diplomatic way of handeling relations even if the other party responds in a worse manner.

Back on topic if it is the same kingdom I occasionally keep an eye on they have done it before against our last opponents. I wanted to help out too as I feel insulted when someone hit into our wars, even if our opponents was the target, sadly the monarchy said no and nothing was done from either side as far as I can tell, but a 22 man kingdom can always beat a 5 man kingdom, so if you feel it is worth your time go for it.

We did that too, before we retaliated his hits, on his refusal with more hits. Sorry to have missed that. We were pretty happy to have him on our team too, or even us joining them.

And who does not do that sir? Also, as I have mentioned earlier, there were no gains on the hit, while on his hit he took land. We were happy to be satisfied with an ambush in return.

I am pretty sure u guessed the KD right. I know for a fact that the only way out of this situation was to give land to that KD, in exchange for getting them off our tail. But seeing how most peeps from "top" KDs have been responding to this thread, I think I may very well resort to such dishonorable means with all hits on me claiming that tthey were playing unfair by bottom feeding, coz guess what all top KDs do that.

Seriously? when we hit them its bottom feeding, and they are supposed to retal, and when we retal to them, its unfair?!!
I would like to hear on what you deem fair?
1. We invited him before we retaled
2. He acted cheeky and said that he wont join us, if we want we can join him. We agreed to this. To this he retracted his proposal, with an all age CF clause and asked for more hits before CF. We agreed for equaling out gains on both sides to which he refused. Moreover, he continued hits while we were negotiating.
3. We retaled his hits, after an open message from both sides that we cannot diplo out of this.
4. We can handle his **** across the age, as long as its outside wars. If peeps condemn hitting into wars, they should see my point here. I have no complains on the way the guy handled it. In fact I admired his gameplay and invited him. However, its hitting into wars that I claim against from the verry start, and I still stick to my point.

I'd CF them for sure even if they wanted some land. The only person to blame is the person who initiated the conflict with their poor hit.

Exchanging hits with a ghetto is effectively the same as laying down on your stomach and fighting with the dirt. There's nothing to gain and it makes you look crazy.

I would have spent the time nesesary for a total anihilation, likely 1-2 weeks and left them all on 50 acres, Cause when someone point a gun at you and threathen to fire you break his arm so he can not do that. Of course there is a reason for me not beeing interested in leadership responsibility.
