Actually I'm inclined to think the SS is innocent on these matters and that these kingdoms they razed were bullies. I know from experience, an experience I posted in anther thread what its like down there... When I was down there in the rank 80 sub 80 area with only 12 to 14 provs I had these kingdoms hit me like they thought our acres were theirs and that because we were smaller they could do that. We of course had the skill and numbers to not need to resort to RK into their wars... but had we lacked the numbers You can be sure I would of given the orders to raze into the wars of the punks I found down there.

they razekilled into wars of the two other kingdoms I mentioned and althougth their king got razed OOW by atleast Phonetics I belive they just responded to threts, looks like Pufferfish is dooing the same, don't know if they started threts of raze into war or they actually razekilled in their war also, but I belive if you get to that point with 3 seperate kingdoms witin half an age there is seriously something wrong with the way you do things, it was not because those 3 kingdoms got mean towards you.

I'm in a similar situation, except that the offending KD is slightly larger. It sounds like the same guys....

Bottomfeeding is weak. While it would ruin the game to make a rule against it, most top KD's that bottom feed don't stay as a top KD for very long. It's too easy to get back at them, but razing into their wars is not an option.

If I am 3K acres, and 330k nw because I am running mostly barren land so that I have a broader target base and I see at 1750 acre faery that is 330k nw and I hit it..... that is bottom feeding? Seriosuly? Because I happen to be in a bigger kingdom? you can't be serious, you have to be sarcastic or I will lose all respect for you.

Hitting into a smaller KD is always considered bottom feeding. But bottom feeding is a worthless term outside of the context of large provs hitting small ones. Which is difficult these days because of **** gains and attack times.

And the nw shift from buildings to acres is yet another example of the game pandering to ghettos in order to combat bottom feeding.

What ghettos really want is for attacks only to be possible in war.

Ok... it's still technically bottomfeeding, but a few randoms isn't a problem, until a much larger KD is constantly hitting a few of your larger provinces, demanding that you give them something as a KD in pm's. Not trying to argue, I just think that your missing my point. There are very a few KD's that do this, but my point is that there are ways to deal with it strategically, especially once you have hostile. The thing is that top KD's jockey for position mulch more then bottom KD's. Say for example if your #75 in the ranks, your not so likely to go after #76 and #74 just because they're just above you. But the #5 KD needs to watch their backs because #6 or #7 would really like to see them come down just a little. They can't afford to piss around with a ghetto to the point that they have Blanket ops contunually, and they can't do much to the smaller attackers. You can't beat them militarily, but you can make it pointless to mess with you with strategy and diplomacy. It's a part of the game. :)

well BB is trying their best again this age, single hits on high honor provinces every day so it is both systematically and intended bottom feeding. Did a dubble abduct as retal a few days ago that keept them away for a bit, I recon we are gooing to play it smart after our war that is comming up and have no honor provinces trad march on -2 hours 1 for 1 so to not give them relations or a landdrop so they can start all over on smaller opponents.

I don't think they'll win the honor crown this age, buttom feeding via nw drop has been weakened considderable to prevent this tactic from beeing to efficient.
