Actioning as it is going on now has very little to do with the spirit of the game. It's all about who can gain from actioning someone else and how easy/hard it is to make the case.
Proof is not really required , you just need to find someone who you will not name with evidence they will not show...this kind of proof of course is only valid if it is in favor of one of the "whatchamacallits".
@jmiedema ask octobrev and zauper...between the 2 of them I am fairly certain they have records on just about everything that has happened for a very long time
If you need help with that list I can add a few things such as a war agreement, followed by the request to recieve some gc to rebuild because one kingdom had a little more time to prep than the other. Instead of recieving just rebuild gold they got that plus gold for 2 dragons and training. The excuse was that the amount wasn't clarified....shame on the other kingdom for trusting another to be fair. And in case you wondered it was BB financing FS, coincidentally.
You have to admit, this is getting hilarious.
CR: Wow, I feel bad for you guys. Your Monarch has been totally outplayed by TBB's monarch. You won the first war when TBB withdrew in minimum time, and your monarch got so upset that she ordered you to wave us a second time as soon as we came out of protection. Then she drug out the war much longer than it needed to be costing you guys even more honor and acres. Then she decided to "lay a trap" and recruited her buddies in FS and Emeriti to hit TBB hoping to bring down their Elves so it would be easier for you to win the 3rd war, and after 5 days of getting hit by all three kingdoms TBB still has more acres, honor, and NW than CR does. How does that make you feel? I know, I am sending virtual hugs out to all of you. My suggestion...Get a new monarch or find a new kingdom to play in because all of Utopia is laughing at CR right now.
FS: Really not sure what you guys are doing. Did you want war with TBB? Because I am pretty sure the best way to get in a war is to negotiate it, and not just wave someone 70% ur size and expect them to go to war with you. 4 days you have been hitting TBB and your excuse is what? "they dealbroke us back in 2009" or "they have not closed relations with us" hahaha Utopian world is seeing how lame you really are. How to close relations? You have hit TBB for what 40k acres and tons of honor? And now your saying you want MORE acres and honor in order to accept the CF they sent you 4 days ago? Let's face it. You are not a warring kingdom, since you only have 3 wars this age. You are not a growth kingdom since you are WAY behind Emeriti. You are not an honor kingdom, since you are way behind there too. The whole server sees you as Bullies and Cowards. You run from wars where you do not have a clear advantage, and you bully smaller kingdoms for their honor and land. This is who you are, and this is what you play the game for, and everytime you come on here to justify why you are hitting a kingdom 13mil NW smaller than you that is hostile with another kingdom you just make yourselves look more foolish. You must have recruited the worst people on the planet to join your kingdom because you guys have no honor or integrity. I know if I was in your kingdom, I would have defected a long time ago. I mean, who would seriously enjoy hitting a much weaker kingdom for 5 days? Answer: FS
Utopian World: I have been in a warring kingdom my entire Utopian life (20+ years if your asking). Now after almost every war we would wind up with a few provinces that got chained real bad, and a few other provinces that grew too much. It's a common problem, and for a long time it would take weeks to straighten things out. Now quite a few ages ago, I started getting messages after wars from some of the top growth kingdoms. They offered to aid us gold in return for letting them shave our top provinces. Of course, we obliged and were able to recover from wars more quickly and get on to the next war. It was a win/win situation for both sides. I can guarantee you that CR, FS, Emeriti and every other kingdom out there has done the exact same thing, either as a growth kingdom or a warring kingdom. After all, I never thought of this. The top tier kingdoms came to me, and I am sure they still contact the Ghetto kingdoms offering assistance in order to get their beloved Land Crown, the fact that they are using TBB receiving aid to recoup from a war as an excuse to gangbang them is what makes this so hilarious.

Why does everyone keep saying that FS only wars when they are substantially bigger? our first war this age we were substantially smaller than Sparta when we warred them, and beat them. 2'nd war was I believe vs Mirana's kd and I don't recall us being bigger but honestly I forget the specifics of how that war started. Our last war vs Ascension we were on exact same acres and both kd's had a week to prep for the fight. It's not our fault we ended up bigger in NW at the end of prep time. What always makes us look bigger is we are very very good at preparing for a war. Pumping military, etc. You can ask anyone we war, they will say "We lost this war in the prep phase". But if you look at acres we are almost always within 5% of our opponents.
Even in this conflict with TBB (and mentioned in this very thread) when we waved them we were like 3.5k acres bigger than them, less than 5% difference. TBB by the way, was also 3.5k acres bigger than CR. Just because they chose to hit out of our conflict and open themselves up to have such a large Land disparity between our two kingdoms is not our fault.
If they had just warred us from the beginning we would have beat them because we are the better kingdom. Not substantially larger or more NW, but better. They knew this and ran to fight CR. Well, sorry if we decide that we will stick around in our active conflict, and take the land/honour that we would have gained from a legit war.

Tears? Man, I love this stuff. It's why I play the game. Personally, I don't care what FS does, i just don't like people who do evil things and try to justify their actions. Just own it. Say you are a bunch of bullies that enjoy beating down smaller kingdoms until the beg for mercy and I will respect you for at least being honest. Keep saying you are doing this for the "Good of Utopia" and that you are "protecting the integrity of the game" and I will keep flaming you.

Nightmare, I am 51 and had a few head injuries so my memory is not as good as it used to be. I remember the first age I played you got honor for razing people. How long ago was that? I am pretty sure it had to be around 20 years ago.

jmiedema, that was cool of you to give Ascension a week to prep for the war. Just a couple questions. 1) Can you give us all tips for how you prep for war so much better than anyone else?(perhaps some growth kingdom funds you gold) 2) Why did you not offer TBB a week to make up that 3.5k difference and prep for a war with you?(perhaps afraid to fight them on equal terms)
#1: quite frankly, it's because warring KDs generally suck at prepping. There's always a few numbskulls who don't prep right, on top of that.
