Things like two cows training (10? 13? 15?) DSPA and having to speed train them out into ospecs instead make a big difference on cash stocks... and prevents 2 safe initial cowhits (and corresponding additional pop space) and enables the overpop on motor functions.

Podcast was delayed to monday due to issues.

Here's the thing -- CR came into hostile with max hosps. So for example when wsk does things like bounce a cow with max hosps, you're not looking at good damage for what you're taking in exchange. CR was able to secure 12 or 13 UB core provs in hostile (giving them 17-18 provs UB vs wsk core), all of whom could 4x any of WSKs core with offense leftover, plus the four core capable of breaking the bottom two cows in WSK if they sent out. At cfdrop, CR had 2 safe core provs, so we're talking about 10 additional provs secured in those first 24h of hostile.

Offhand, it looks like wsk was able to bring down 2 of those, and the rest are still currently safe. However, CR hasn't been very organized at exploiting this tier, the plan has been a bit scattershot with insufficient focus to snowball in any direction. It seems like all the massacres (cow to setup ns? fae to slow ops? and chained?) from CR should help secure econ on that safe core.

In any case, here's the crux of it --

In hostile, wsk traded 10 safe core provs for overpop on motor functions, which was only possible because of mistakes made by CR and would have been worse in war, and also lost kitty as a functioning top prov.

They meant to train ospecs, but trained dspecs by mistake. Late night.

I know a lot because I still have access and look at info occasionally. I do have a prov in Ben's kd though!

Not to take anything away from wsk, but to me this seems to be more the case of cr fumbling.
Ive been snatching news and spying on things and cr was all over the place, if there was a clear plan of action I didnt see it.
I expect they just thought wsk would roll over to overwhelming advantages ?

Either way I expect wsk will have to wd at some point when their cows are in danger from growing economy in mid tier, esp now cr refocused some effort into disabling op potential.
Anyone thinking wsk will win is delusional imo, they will however pile as much land on cows in the meantime. Cr will likely win in the end but its gona be pyrrhic victory.

For all the CR lovers I will say some things just to put some gasoline on fire: Win or lose we have a lot of fun. Win or lose ... that will remain. THE ONLY thing I can say is that IF the positions were in the mirror and they'd start with our kd (as in races,provs,cash etc) and we would start with theirs they would be FARMED BAD and long time WD. No offense to CR but if you lose this is simply because you were WAY TOO CONFIDENT;) We started with chances of 1% this war, and we knew it, now we are there somewhere in the 50% and we enjoy it.

Couldn't agree more. CR didn't consider the possibility of WSK having a strategy and fighting back. And I am not jumping on a bandwagon I said from the very beginning not to underestimate WSK. They were a force to be reckoned with before coss joined them and apparently he just made them much stronger. cRs has been a good leader for this kingdom for quite some time and built the team. Regardless of who wins this , the term farmout is not at all a accurate description of this war and I hope people understand that now.

I was playing one cow and sitting another for the entire prep leading up to this war, since the other person was on vacation with limited internet access.

I'm also a generally poor sleeper, so 3.5 days of soldswapping with myself had me pretty tired.

We also waited until :59 on train tick to see their training ratios before training.

Also, who the hell plays ospec offense :p

Long story short, I blindly entered dspecs and elites, trained up and went to pass out only to have frantic calls from topsy an hour later.

Stuff happens. Normally it's cool but you guys take a lot of heat for things due to overconfidence / arrogance. Regardless of the result hopefully this serves a lesson for everyone and people will be nicer to each other in general.

CR made alot of mistakes, one was not max gaining few days back when they should have understood they had already lost the cow fight. Guys keep telling me CR will win the war but who gives a damn about the war. Win the war but lose the age? All faery kingdom is built for b2b. I guess it's about pride but remember war is just a stance ;)
