Also deals like this are just ridiculous, basically giving kingdoms that don't have a chance to compete a chance by deliberately farming out. This is the exact concept as farming out to shape charts except there is a more formal aspect to it.

I'm not sure the deal differs from your requirement that no one take land from BB after you warred BB? but IIRC the logic here was that the two would have an even war and not one determined by who could notice (sparta/BB/whoever) first. As a result, both kds probably gave up 10-20k potential acres. But yeah, seems kinda weird to me.

Also, I wouldn't bet on not being able to pump on it. If you could take 30% land in wave (kinda viable with suicides/etc?), it's certainly possible. A fae with 15 PPA can generate 12k gcpa during 72h of eow. That's 9.2k gcpa on the new acres -- plenty of cash to train deep on. You'd have to start drafting 24h or so before EOW ends, but with EOW pop bonus and solswapping, it wouldn't hurt econ much. They'd definitely still be behind in cash.

That land was gained in war, there wasn't any acres for cf deal or acres of you win war deal. It was all taken in conflict against the will of opposing kd. This is willfully giving someone an extra 25-30% acres in addition to whatever you take in war + WW bonus. That's border line farming.

BB wanted an eoa cf with all top kds after war, that was their decision - no one forced an eoa cf / non compete on them or even proposed one. That was something they are willing to do. If one of the top kds wars Bb and gains acres from them against their will in conflict, why would the other kds be entitled to get free acres without having fought for them? Should loser of CR / WSK give the rest of competitors acres for free too by your logic?

You do realize what you are saying. Taking free 25-30% acres for someone in war would be the definition of fake war and a reportable and actionable offense. I know you are ok with cheating and bug abuse (your abuse of aid / prov reset mechanics demonstrates this) so it doesn't surprise me that you are cool with farming in war.

To an honorable person, the only way to give free acres due to war loss would need to be given after war ends oow. Technically you do not "lose" the war until the other party withdraws so how can you possibly give acres in war when no one has lost???

I think it's really eating you up that CR is not crowning this age in spite of playing serious.

So you view a stronger kingdom beating a kingdom the same as an arranged farm out designed to shape charts? With big super pumped wars usually one side ends up gaining a lot of acres. It's happened every age and different kds were on the winning / losing end.

This 25% deal is akin to when The U gave Fs an additional 8k acres after Fs big war win to match the acres the The U owed to Emeriti in exchange for cf and to "give Fs a better chance to compete for crown."

Apparently by fighting back and winning the war and re-engaging WSK so they don't get to run off to whore and fight emeriti with a cow advantage, we've done something worse than if we had withdrawn when propro declared we had lost the war and implied we were intentionally farming out, leaving them even bigger than they are now with 2 weeks to whore.

I do think it's worth noting, stupid deal aside, that I absolutely expect that had we withdrawn, WSk would be butthurt and demanding their 25-30% acres and accusing us of dealbreaking them.
