Human
Seems a lot weaker as a core. Even with added GP, I think it needs a third bonus to be viable.
Orc
Looks fine. Seems pigeonholed into tactician tho.
Undead
I see the direction of greater penalties to races with great raw power, but I feel like undead is a bit extreme. Tone down the off (+2 Ospec, 14/1 elite) and lower the sci penalty.
Avian
The very definition of a glass cannon, cleric or 30% hospitals seems forced on them. I see no reason to pick avian over the likes of undead/orc. Ditch the Ospec, lower casualties, maybe add another bonus (CS).
Dwarf
Lost CS and that's pretty big, but turtle power has increased and I don't think that's a good direction. Make elite 9/6 and ditch the better specs. Could also go the way of expensive thieves.
Halfling
Got some whoring ability baked into it now. I think the BE penalty needs to be increased to 10% or add another penalty, they get too many goodies.
Faery
Turtle power increased, whoring ability gone. The population penalty hurts a lot. Mixed feeling about it at the moment. They're probably crappier than they were this age.
Elf
Staple mage. +50% wages weighs heavy on potential 'thinking out of the box' attackers.
Personalities look fine for the most part - but I think Warrior shouldn't get Bloodlust and War hero shouldn't get +10% gains, cause that's just crazy. Sage should keep 50% protection.
Sci diminishing return is a pretty good idea. Rune generation is probably too high all-around.
Also, 3 days freeze time please! I don't see how shorter planning phase is beneficial to the game.
