Fixed a few issues only visible to monarchs and stewards like hostility meter, taunts, monarch message and kingdom name change. Might have to press CTRL + F5 to see changes.

One one minor issue of any note, its missing the book mark of kingdoms.

Great theme! Any possibility of making it work a little better with Munk? There's some overlapping of bars over where the resource bars are. 10/10 though, love the theme.
