Noobs had 6 unbreakables that massacred the opposing t/ms to bits. NTSH had almost no peasants, thieves or wizards left in their kd and didnt even have the offense to conquest those faeries anymore while we were simply controlling everything with fb, ns and ms. Our next step would've been to push those 6 fae to 2k acres and with that econ aid up the dark elves. From that position, it wouldnt take long before we'd be able to go for a nw win. Like I said before, we dont drag wars, but we continue until either we won or our opponents took away our ability to win.

Now playing a well prepared bacon rogue. Seasoned the little piggie with peper, thyme and rosemary. Put in the oven with potatoes under it so those get baked in the seasoned fat dripping down. Asparagus with cherrytomatoes, olives and basil on the side. Hmmmmmm.

You missed the point of my post. At what point did you create unbreakables. See most ghettos have a 72 tick window to keep people engaged and army in and out. After that people slack, stop caring etc. Now I am not saying this is the case but in my experience keeping people engaged for week long wars is like pulling teeth. Hence when I say you dragged the war long enough to over come a war that you where losing. I am interested in game mechanics and effect of them, then the actual outcome of your ghetto war. ;)

I still don't get the point I think. You have players in your kingdom that want to war, but 3 days in they change their mind about liking wars or something? Seems strange to me. This was not an issue in this war for either kingdom. Activity was good throughout the entire war for both kingdoms, which is normal for the kd's we usually war. Of course some stuff can come up irl, but we just set sitter when needed. At no point we were clearly losing and again, we don't drag wars.

I personally like the longer wars. The most memorable ones are those that are very close for a long time and both kd's have to try a variety of tactics to gain the upperhand. This was one of those wars.

And the faeries started out with high defense of course, and only a few in NTSH could break them. We chained or NS'ed those that could, but I don't remember exctly how long that took (that occured at the start of the war, 2,5 weeks ago, don't judge). We did train around 60k offense per faery during war though, which was what was needed to hit their highest def t/m's.
