Ah, I just read about the proposed changes and the news reporters getting their own province in KD 1:1

I always thought KD 1:1 had their own protection alliance. Now we're getting a Mehul-level protection.

How does one ask for and get one of these fancy new provinces? Do we get to grow them?

I was inactive at reporting but I would like to make a comeback. I live in a smallish KD so at the very least those wars can get covered.
