    Program I use is photoshop. The banners are mostly based off ripping of and modifying images other people have made though. If you want original art done from scratch for an utopia banner I better get paid in cash ;) Artwork linked in my sig is from scratch work though :)

    There's quite a few requests in this thread, and I got a whole bunch of PMs as well. I'm fine with reminders, I do forget :) But I probably won't have time to get everyone a banner, and they'll be made whenever I have both the time and the inspiration. Which might be tomorrow, or two weeks from now. So be patient :)
