This is likely getting nerfed again next age, can't see why I have been able to reach +47% income for just below 800k books as an elf with scientific insight, got near 6.5 million books in total from 4 ww's and occasionally running labs, I'm not a huge fan of learn attacks in the current science system, so only occasionally used them as retaliations for learns on me.
