So the last time I saw a learn in war, it only damaged the science effectiveness until the end of the war. This war, a noobie in my KD did a war learn, and got books. So war learns are back? Or is this a glitch?

Learn Attack now captures Science Books in War, with reduced Gains (50%)
Gains for the learn attack should be amplified in war to reward the great risk incurred by the attacking province.
