Amnesia is not returning books each tick. It's stuck with 24 hours of books in the 'recovery schedule'. It's been like that since the spell cast and is harming our war.
The enemy knows about it and is exploiting the bug which is appalling.
Its a display bug, the time should be 48 hours but the game cant show past 24. A fix is in the workings.
