Warwins, land and honor

Instead of ranting about others not wanting to play for crown. I figured give warring kd's an insentive to grow:

All numbers should be based on numbers the way they are at the time the war is started. (Or it could be based on charts at the time the war starts (would not require an increase updateing of the charts))

War Wins gives both honor and land. both is based of land.

Landgains: as it is today.
Honorgains: ([kdA Land + kdB Land]/[2*Land on #1kd])*10,000

Based on the KD's size compared to the current biggest kd. min gains: 3k max gains: capped at 10k (if you at the point the war is declared you are the biggest kd in the world)

This should encurage warring kd to get a bit bigger and help them even out their provinces after war (with how land distibution from warwins works)

Sounds like this could be a good step in the correct direction.
