So basically, the real reason AMA went for round 2 against jerks is to try and dodge pewpew?

Does this mean PewPew can hit AMA no matter what, and decide any conflict AMA enters to dodge them is a fake hostile/fake war, because only wars Binar acknowledges as real are real wars?

Real reason we got round 2 was explained several times.
Pew Pew notice current is deal break based to deal me and Petrified made but Binar say he don't care and wont keep it.
