		Spell Idea: Flex Cast 
		This would be a racial or Personality idea.
 
 What it does:  Having Flex Cast available on your province allows you to select from a drop down the following 3 options "Empowered Casting" "Normal Casting" "Subdued Casting".
 
 Depending on which option you have selected your offensive spells are effected as such:
 
 Empowered Casting - +100% Spell Damage, +100% Rune Cost, +100% mana cost, +100% Honour Gained (Rounded Up)
 
 Normal Casting - Normal Everything
 
 Subdued Casting - -50% Spell Damage, -50% Rune Cost, -50% Mana Cost, -50% Honour Gained (Rounded Down)
 
 As you can imagine there are different situations that would benefit both cases.  Would make for an interesting dynamic.

		What's the point of 2x damage, but uses up 2x rune and mana? Might as well cast it normally 2x.

		Well for instance, maybe you are down to 10 mana in a big Nightmare run, so you want your last cast to be more powerful (though taking longer to recover mana from)  
 
 For the -50% one, maybe your chance of success is less on an opponent, so you would rather have 4 chances to cast something on them instead of 2, even with less damage.
 
 Or maybe you have 11 mana and realllly need to MS 2 different people (even if for lower durations) so you rather 1 mana casts instead of a 2 mana cast.
 
 It is for situational flexibility.
 
 For instance, perhaps with the 200% damage, it may cost double the mana/runes but your MV might now reach a higher chance to remove spells, which might be more worth it (with less chance of it reflecting back on you because 1 cast instead of 2).
 
 Lots of neat little situations that would make it interesting to use.

		OK so potentially you can cast a 20h MS if you boost it? Well, that just means your super-MS is getting MVed. 
 
 Seems too situational. Takes too much effort to code.

		Take it as a sign to reevaluate literally everything

		I'd like a spells that accelerates TB's decay rate. 
 Its always the same who get chained and need aid to recover..
 
 That or twerk the mechanics that when TB is above 400% it decays 50% faster or something like it.
