What I'm trying to figure is... when does UD have 10%? With 50+% elites? Never?
Because doubling is nice, but does it mean... 100% spec = 20%, 99.99% spec = 10%? "sliding scale" says NO. So, my question arises, how does this slide? from 10 to 20%? from 100% to 0% elites (0-100% specs)?
What is the target number of elite % devs have in mind for us to work with?
