wsk also plundered the kd that settlers had warred. I'm guessing that settlers just had gc on their provs when they came oow?

e: 14 plunders across 3 kds, with the bulk of those being on settlers. Awkward situation, since settlers are 66% of WSKs size, so what / when is retalling appropriate?

War kds would generally tell you that it is inappropriate to hit into the conflict in retal, even though they're happy to plunder out of it.

Yes, funny you mention that. Iv been on the receiving end of that in the past. Spartans actually plundered my kd several times. When I sot'd one of them I had several warning messages processed to my inbox very quickly. Something along the lines, of 'random stealing ' 'about to go to war 'and then ' don't dare retal.'

Didn't you guys dealbreak settlers a little bit back?

WSK potentially could end up in a retaliation war if not careful, a gambit for gc could weaken your core. Feints kd intent on payback started a dragon! But it seems diplo won this time as a cf was quickly reached after wsk saw the risk of their actions.

Actually wsk not only plunder twice. They stole like 5-6 mill from each province. Well, they mentioned they need this gc desperately to whip down markers. Hence , I forgive them.
