We hit Octobrev down, this would have happend even if he had not suicided, this would have happend either before or after CF. After our choosing and its nothing you could have done about it.
Octobrev did a smart move to suicide so that we could hit him down without him losing all his beastmasters and get a functional province again instead of giving free land to your enemy.
The enemy that doubled you into our relations. Dont come and blame us because some other KD waved you guys.

We had no relations with you when we went hostile, the meters between us decayed to Normal and we didn't trade hits for 2 days. Lie some more. Nothing you say can get you past this basic conversation:

Perhaps being in Fortified with no easy-to-farm targets has something to do with that.
