There is no agreement between Strippers and Simians to war. Simians like to think that though, but you can't decide these things unilaterally. That said, even if such an arrangement was made, there is technically nothing stopping us from engaging - we did, however, step aside to let Havoc war BB and Strippers war HoH; chances are high that if Strippers asked us to not wave, we would not.

Except you will not give them any button and they will technically not be hostile to you at all. But feel free to try and see how it works out for you. I wouldn't recommend it, though.
