Going on vaca doesn't preclude a conflict already or presently occuring, nor does it stipulate any other terms.

This situation reminds me of the Mo'Nique character in Beerfest.
If this is vm abuse, then ED putting their biggie in vm was abuse aswell. ED was not punished.
at least Ryan wasn't getting attacked at the time he jumped VM last age.
He could of been, as he was bounced prior to vms aswell.
So did you report it yet?
Well, for a single offense that seems to be the normal punishment, although for experienced players that are supposed to know the rules you might as well go for the more severe ones right from the start, boot him out of protection and give him a 48h suspension for starters.
I might be mistaken but I don't remember him running around the forums and bragging about it, maybe he had the sense to stay away from the forum or anywhere else the admin/devs can track him but Ovenmitt is doggedly watching this thread(keeps popping up in the "users browsing this thread)
Its reported correct. No reason not to report clear abuse.
im actually as curious as the rest of you how it will be resolved. There is no precedent for not being able to enter vm just because you are being attacked. i dont think im wrong, but i dont think its wrong for others to have their opinions and interpretations either.
ergo: if i cant go on vaca because i'm being attacked, why have vm at all? etc
