I have no part in this and little information, other than what is being posted around the forums, but this is one of the most schizophrenic threads ive seen.
Several pages trying to find a way to state that a notice wasnt served, even if its 100% obvious it was by the party receiving making it publicly known.
When the other side says, ok screw it, we will take care of the other notice (apparently sent through a deal break), suddenly "omg how about that notice on CP?"

So if One KD is bigger than you and has all the advantage, the smaller got the choice of LD or FIGHT.
