need drastic changes (plenty of good suggestions in the forum), or the game is going to continue loosing players age by age.
just changing gains + or minus 5% for a race is not good enough.

The spell you want is called mystic vortex, perhaps have a team mate use it on you :p
I would like to see a change in the CF system most of all. simply add a game year date to CF's when sending them and once accepted they cant be broken until that game year has been reached. This will control alliances somewhat and will curb the amount of ridiculous threads on these boards about dealbreaking
I do love that bouncing hits for $5,
Would make wars extremely fun... just imagine it "Credit Kill"
Send 3 generals with a soldier to trigger the "hit protection", and then get the guy into $2000 of debt over a uto war.
Or we could have the entire server attack a single person and get said person into 2 million dollars of debt.
FUN!
@brickwolfman, the rules are that you say "yes" and only yes, without the quotation marks, and in an authentic way... read the eula (after finding it)
limited legal x-logging.
You can't use sitting when you'd need to do something at an inconvenient time but where the other 22 hours that day you would be able to do anything you want. Needing to wake up for a hit, use phone during a conference call, or have utopia interrupt anything else when you're already playing for absurd hours every day should be far rarer than it is. Alternatively, needing to not play for 72 hours just because you can't be on for one of those times is equally terrible. Have it where 1 person can log your prov for 1 hour a day as long as the user has been on within the last 6 hours and where the logger can only do those things checked off by the account holder and you make the game far more playable and far more focused on strategy than activity.
player egos
One change I'd like would be the random move option to include vacant provinces/adoptions. This would add a chaotic element and give chance to land in any number of environments. A developer control feature could be based on the recruit measuring 9 box system. Thus random to kingdoms with similar ratio.
All it takes is a counter: at X to Y meter, kd B can do a onesided surrender, sacrificing Z resources for a N days of CF, whatever. Alternatively, you do it like VM where after X hours the CF is in place and any hostile action would cancel; you get the idea.
