Which of these setups is more advantageous?

For what it's worth, I still say A.

First and foremost, it hugely depends on strategies performed by both kingdoms, initial and responsive...

But at first glance,
A >> B
C > B
A ~> C

Basically B is the worst. A and C are arguable, I'd probably would say A is better, but depending on strategy C could take on A.

its probubly shifted in that direction due to honor nerf and a weaker overall feary.

Need more info to reach an adamant conclusion. Individual race/pers? Gcpa? Military/wizards/thieves?
