Spartans 1:19 seem to think that hitting a ghetto is their right even if the prov they hit has sufficient offence to triple them back. In punishment for their own mistake they have been razing provinces in my kd.. classic bully tactics and definetly not clever play, you'd think at eoa they would be more focused on getting acres or honour to finish the age as well as possible on the charts.
Anyways tell anyone you want.. that a lot of their big provinces have sent out offence and have no incoming acres.. so all bets are off should anyone randomly think this makes them a good target.
