This will be quite funny, seems like he hasnt even converted soldiers to specs or elites yet or is using townwatch.
This seems like it is going to be a one sided match, making it very difficult to convert troops to specs/elites with greed and storms.
Pity I can`t watch the battle take place. Please continue to post up here. Some of us noobies want to see some comedy. :)

Vines' first mistake is that be picks fights with people who he doesn't have a networth-advantage over.
His biggest mistake is that he picks fights with veterans.
Troll or not, he'll now have a more healthy respect for dwarves.
Too bad he lost the fight the moment Dharan rolled his combo.
-
I'll post all action, as long as everyone doesn't interfere.
I can beat his army homes every time, and outgain him every time. This is already over. He will hit into Fog and GS, and his overpowered military will be useless. Now that my hospitals are in (which they weren't when he attacked early) he doesn't have any hope of damaging me.
-
He didn't have a chance to begin with.
Gnome vs dwarf is as one-sided as necrons vs dark eldar.
-
in my opinion, on a one-on-one setting without outside interference, GN have a very big advantage over DW. It might also be pretty unbeatable, at least in theory.
That 61 acres attack by Vines actually shows that Vines is using it the way I think, so he might still have a chance of victory. Or maybe I am overanalyzing stuff too much.
-
u r overanalyzing.
whether gnomes have advantage over dwarf doesnt matter. u r forgetting that we r talking about VINES
DHaran can pick dwarf/rogue or human/mystic and still beat whatever combo vines comes up with
-
Dwarf has:
-
Fog.
30% better buildings.
7/4 elite.
Animate dead.
Free construction.
Gnome has:
-
Extra pop.
Yeah, it's that simple.
In a straight-up attacking role, gnome is inferior to all other races.
Like all n00bs out there, Vines lost the moment he rolled a gnome.
The only times he sees success is when he's got 30% networth-advantage over his opponents.
-
We will see and I have other guys oping me now I am assuming that they are just looking but please :) no looking.
-
I get my CE's off Dharan.
Anything to keep as far away from you as possible. Stupidity might be contagious.
-
Dude he's cheating again he's getting aid. I know but I just took his som in the same hour and it said he had no untrain troops and was train nothing. Now he's has untrained troops and and he is train all in the same hour. Dude stop cheating.
Well at any rate, did the first round of the starts do you can start the second round of attacks. Just so it's fair and I think you military comes back before mine.
-
How, exactly, is Dharan cheating this time around, vines?
-
Sorry I realize what you did you tell go of some of you thieves. That could be the reason. Sorry for calling you a cheating I'm just used of you being a cheater.
He maybe but I will just assume that this time he is not and that he just let thieves go. Dharan you got the next round. And your army comes back first to. I don't want to see not waiting and this and that. This is a one on one, blow for blow, pound for pound. This contest is to see who can win a toe to toe fight. So if you stop fighting that means withdraw and that means you lose.
After you start this second round of attacks I'll start the thrid and so on.
-
That loss must hurt lots, vines. Your english is even more broken than usual now.
-
Matter fact after this second round. Let just go who ever gets home faster can attack. Because that's part of a one on one, speed. You army does come back before mine, impressive.
Yeah so have you star this second wave of attack lets just make it free form. Where for example, if I do an attack an my province's army comes back before yours I can do another attack with out waiting for you, I think that's better and more far because the faster attacker should be able to attack more.
Edit: VT2 it's not a loss yet. He has taken more land but I did do that first attack so I'm at the disavantage. And his army comes back so he has the next attack and if he hurries he can attack me before my army gets back home. That's what I would do and other smart player would do.
-
Too bad you're battling a dwarf, then, vines, since you're incapable of matching Dharan's activity, clear fog, or generally compete with the dwarven army.
You've been owned, vines.
