I genuinely do not know the specifics of what actual solution was used to get the server back online albeit in a slow state, but I'm happy to copy this and anything other information that may be of help directly to the team.

Have them disable anything that could cause the problems.

The main page works, and is no longer slow, but the account-system - yet again - is causing problems, and doesn't want to cooperate.
It's not even pingable, but the game's running fine.

Once more, what's screwing us all over is Roisin's weak login-system.

utopia.swirve.com just died, which means someone's working on something over there.

maybe its fault of hardware?

I doubt that. They got new stuff when they moved in.

So, umm... this would be why I'm still unable to login?

5+ minutes to get to the login page, put in my login info... 3 min later "page load error"

1. I'm in California
2. I'm on Comcast
3. I cleared all cache
4. I reset my router

and now, i can't even get to the home page.... wtf.

so now, got to the home page, waiting another 5 min to get to the login page.

i have friends who are in just fine, but i haven't been able to login for almost 48 hours now... and gonna have a wreck of a province.

omac you people are idiots "oh, just keep trying", that's bull****. SOMEONE needs to figure out what the frick they're doing over there...

I can get to the login every now and again. But have yet to successfully login since 5:30pm PST.

Seems like something is overloading your connections on the firewall or something. If every now and then I am able to get in.

Just got in again. Once I am in the game, turn off graphics and it seems to be a lot better. Still slow, but manageable.

This whole "thing" has been a circus.

Not at all good for the new recruits.

newbs are toast. no way anyone would stay thru this unless they're old and weathered and hooked

It is ridiculous , we are at war the other kingdom was able to log in much earlier that us and they have had a free run for half a day , it takes a minute to cast a single spell , I refuse to play in this way , so long utopia...
