There is loggs with PS and AquaSeaFoam also about GB will pick up again if we target Acres.

I however think we have the fullest right to target them without getting ganged by 4 kds plus randoms.

See earlier post i made with Nick_Mi convo about Simians and how he wanted to war us.

I think this is powerplay in worst way possible.

Acres 106k acres and 16.6 mill nw
Simians 75k acres and 11.2 mill nw

Acres have several UBs and #1 bank on the server.

Acres started on 120k acres when we made first attack into them.
Simians was down at 70k acres at this moment.

We been gangbanged for maybe 6 days now. I lost track. We had MS constantly for well over a week now. We had 2 provs killed and we been hit overall with a mixture of hits.

PS went into Acres and took over from what i know. Its very unlikely they are disbanding and i dont know why Acres said that.

They wanted war and they had all advantages in the world all ready. I dont see how absalom can even claim for us to CF a KD that is not absalom themselfs. I dont know how they can force Csarmi to not CF us because they say so when Csarmi claims he is not absalom. I dont see a reason for them to continue GB at all. They all ready broken CF treatys and they all ready broke their word and they all ready killed the ones they said they would kill.

Acres cant go 1 vs 1 on Simians now?

It came to my understanding that Acres was waved by The Ancients.

How and why is it that KDs taking part of GB goes free from all possible actions others can do to them? They threaten with action/treatment on everyone that hits them.

Most certainly a new lowest level for absalom players that claim its a hostile break and can decide what constitutes hostile and what doesnt. Secret advices of what should be done and what should happen else...
How can they decide who hits who and threatens anyone that hits them with actions. "Do what you think is right, but expect it to be done to you also".

I dont think this is the least right.

But id like to discuss if it is a hostile break or not if a KD hits another KD that is currently gbing another KD with multiply other KDs.

EDIT: Different players from "abs" kds told this. They may or may not speak for abs. Just to make that clear.

This does seem abit strange though? Putting aside your feelings towards anri/simians, doesn't this strike everyone as being a tad too much powerplay? I am not taking sides here, but if Sanc/csarmi did this to RK/PK Calle+HZ and thats already done, why are they insisting on securing CFs for all parties involved? I was recently told that Acres vs Simians was the actual hostile now, so both kds were immune to being waved - so i dont understand why Sanc would try to force Simians into CFing a kd they want to war, and from i read on IRC, Acres wants to war Simians aswell.
I was also told to not drag old stuff into a specific event, so i disregard what Simians did to deserve the GB in the first place, and look only on the CF issue presented. Just to clarify.

I replied to calle as to how I think his (Nick_mi's/Acres) reasons to break your NAP are understandable. There was no reason to think you'd play honorable against him when you already played dirty against csarmi.
I'm not quite sure what Sanc has to do with it so I don't really know why they CFed you and then broke it. Perhaps for the same reasons, I dunno.

Anri, as far as I know, Acres only entered the GB for the razekills. They never intended to fight your kingdom.
I can only share my PoV here.

It's very simple. I'm responsible for Acres being brought in for the razes on Calle + HellRazor (whether I have anything to do with them being brought in or not is irrelevant here).
Thus, I'm responsible for them being opped and trad marched by you - for the hostile status and the potential war button, in effect.
You wouldn't have a war threat over them, if they didn't participate in the razekills. They also wouldn't have a bank FB'd down to 20k peasants.

All those are direct effects of them joining the fray.

Thus, I can't accept a CF right now because that would mean abandoning them.

Things would be very different if they initiated hostile on you (they didn't) or if they didn't make it clear that they would wish the slates clean (which is a reasonable thing to ask).
You wanna hostile them? Fine. Offer an ingame CF to them, clear the meter and wave them. Just like you did with Sanc.
Signing an in-game CF agreement means that you're willing to clear the hostile meter, no more and no less. It was a very decent thing from you that you did so.

Personally, I believe that it would be a fun fight and you guys SHOULD be able to fight without interference. But that's irrelevant here.

I just do the right thing. My opinions and preferences don't matter here.

Its going to far Prot but its okey if you want to agree with what abs and allies is currently doing towards Simians.

Acres players are not disbanding. The kd name will no longer exist as several core players will be leaving, and new players coming in; reformation of kingdom with a new name.

& i will correct you on this, Acres lost 3 players with average size of 4k acres per province. you guys did not take 14k acres from Acres.

PS did not take over Acres, PS was in acres for almost 2-3 weeks now as i remember. PS was recommended by me for playing a role in the kd, to set ground for the kd to step on before i left.

You were 120k acres when we started to hit you. I think the players was gone before we started to retal. You continuesly lost acres to Simians and other KDs it seems.
It doesnt matter thou, i did only point out the current size is ok for both to war each other.

EDIT: If you check my post i pointed out that simians was 70k acres and now 75k acres. The only ones we have hit is Acres. The acres must come from you.
I could go take a summary and id say the summary would say maybe 7-8k acres up to our side vs your KD. Must i check?

I speak for myself "Migz", but i did not mind taking you to war. I know how my kd warred, even with 3 provinces down, i would have been glad to take you to war, as i only get active in wars. But i do not speak for that kd now. My post here was to let the Utopian Community know that ACRES will no longer exist as a kingdom name, and it is temp named so until they find a new kd name. My post wasnt a place for whining about Gbing and crap.

Anyways, as for me, Good luck Anri Vs Nick. This must be the fight of the 2 newbs of the century.

so basicly you expect a KD to get GBed and not retail and just take it as it is?

in any rate.. 4 KD attacked us, were it justified or not it doesnt metter.
out of the 4 kd we could only retail 2 of them due to size diffrence.. thouse 2 were acres and you

Since we been PKed and both banks is gone i dont see why we shouldnt continue 1 vs 1 fight without interference.

As soon as that's done, you can fight on 1v1 for all I care. I'm responsible for the meter being unbalanced. I'm not responsoble for whether Acres can stand up for themselves in a clean fight.

Ohhh cmon, Nick_Mi said get to 200 meter so we can war.
They hit random hits. It was very little razes from them. The only ones that razed was their UBs that couldnt really do anything else. Except that they hit TM and learns on our banks when they were still in range. You seriously think they hit with razes only?

They treated us as any other target with a mixture of hits vs our entire KD.

The meter is not unbalanced. We are soon meeting each other around 150 points on each side. All while we been gangbanged. They have every single advantage you could ask for.

I dont expect Sanc, HoH, Csarmi and Acres to be reasonable here and let us fight 1 vs 1 thou.

We are good with whatever decission that is made. We are just stating we will not CF all parties involved and we been going for war vs Acres all since Nick_Mi told us how much we suck and how pussy we are to not war them. (Look at all advantages they have all ready). Its more then fair that we are left alone to fight them now.

GB and PK is done.
