The right thing to do by rest of top would be to do what Spartans are doing. Oh well ... we are doing it anyway cause we been sh!tplayed and we thank Spartans for showing some justice should be served and kds using methods like CR did this age should not get away unpunished.

Deal break for someone continuing their war. Razing into war isn't even a deal break worthy action. And deal breaking allows you to deal break again later? You don't just get to yell I'm policing and piss on the masses.
