Start with ask how they started to play and when, when they become for first time king and how they did job, how many Utopians they meet in rl,did they had intra kd wars and how its end :D,ask them to share fun story...and much more; for example for Realest: how he meet Versace and from how long they are together, are they plan to marry, have baby, how they will name him, when they are in war who is cooking and are both sleep same time or rotate to can arrange hits :)
I want to read something interest when drink my coffee.
Wow, what a complete douche. One of those pseudo-intellectuals who thinks they're highly intelligent but in reality a total moron. Bet he posts talking **** to people on youtube videos 24/7. I'd honestly gamble my house on that.
I think a requirement for doctors is to be highly intelligent, with all the schooling and such...
Going to school does not make one intelligent. George W. Bush graduated from Yale University. There are scientists with 12 years of schooling who are creationists.
Isn't it a bit unnecessary to attack someone personally for an interview where he just had a little bit of fun with? "Oh someone is putting on an act meant to amuse his friends, that must mean he has the intellect of a monkey". Solid reasoning.
Actually, all records of Earth's first lifeforms have all been wiped away. They are simply too old.
And Science doesn't address religion in the least bit. It's perfectly valid to be a religious scientist.
And you're using the common verbiage of 'Theory' as opposed to the scientific theory. Scientific theories are very strongly supported.
You're all welcome that I showed you an inherent flaw in this interview system.
Stupid questions in turn get stupid answers. The questions werent very good and there's nothing I can really tell you people on a serious level with that question bank. Was I not very humourous? I agree. However, if any of you have any sense of pop culture, the Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Charlie Sheen, Chad Johnson, etc. quotes should not have eluded you. Try to escape your uto nerd bubble for a sec and try to look at things beyond face value.
Not a knock on GLW because she seemed rather awesome and was a nice individual, but here's a prime example of her catering to the masses (and including dumb questions such as the one from our beloved Mod Palem about sk's weight) and it completely misses the mark. The interview is a great idea, and interviewing narcissists is not necessarily a bad idea. You just require the right individual to do it. Find the most annoying troll, and let me interview him and I promise you, you will learn more about that individual because I have the know-how to present ideas.
Those who know me understand the character that is being read on these forums is a sham; I do this to get a rise of out all you nubs to great effect, and we laugh at all your ignorance in private. Hence, stop attacking the interviewer or the news team; theyre doing a good job. You all had a chance to make this story great, but you chose to be silent and complained massively after the fact instead. You have to be the change you wish to see in this world. For you nerd boys, that is Ghandi.
Palem; are you really defending creationism? on the internet?
Incorrect, science does in fact address the origins of life. The theory of evolution does not, but the various abiogenesis hypotheses do.Quote:
Science does not address the origin of life, only it's development.
Incorrect, science addresses any claims of religions that effect the natural world, if you claim that all of humanity was created out of dust and a second hand rib 6000 years ago, that is a testable claim and is very much addressed by science. The same applies if you claim the earth is flat or the sun orbits the earth. Science does not address supernatural beings by definition, but religions tend to make all sorts of natural claims which science can address.Quote:
And Science doesn't address religion in the least bit.
I'm only defending it slightly. I don't believe it myself, but there's no reason to scoff at the idea that a scientist could be a creationist. While I do think science will eventually find the answer, at this point biogenesis is just as reliable as creationism as a means of explaining the beginning of life.
The crux of all religions is that there is an all powerful god(s) and that we should be believe in them, which is what I was getting at. As you pointed out, science doesn't address supernatural things.Quote:

/off topic rants about religion and creationism lol
Look up the physicist Stephen Hawking, or the psyscologist Sigmund Freud, or look up Mathew Alper. Hell have you ever heard of the big bang theory? While I agree at not scoffing at scientists or people in general who are creationists. While the practice of religion is not a science, religion it self is what mankind turned to for answers to questions b4 science could answer them.
The big bang theory only explains how the universe has developed, not how it was created.
Although, string theory and such are getting close to being able to fully explain it, so we're getting there :)
Yes, there is, there isn't a scientist worth his salt that believes the earth is 6000 years old or anything close to it. Its exactly akin to saying 'there's no reason to scoff at the idea that a geologist could believe the earth was flat". Excuse me sir, but that is plenty scoffable for me. I scoff in its general direction. Scoff Scoff.
There are plenty of religions that do not imply all powerful gods, its practically only the Abrahamic faiths that do. Theism != religion. Without making testable pr at least ponderable claims you will find it very difficult to move yourself beyond a deistic position, so yes, science will tend to have things to address religion about.Quote:

Way to get completely off topic guys lol.
In other news...
There's really nothing more I can say in response that I haven't already said, so I'm just going to say this: ^5 Realest! :P
very true, no matter what happens there will always be the question well what caused that, or created that. which is why i am always open to possibilities.
Theres a theory out there i forget the name but the idea is we always find something because we look for it, as in our brains create it. It goes into the quantum physics and the multi verse theorys, and is also very interesting.
srry witch but this topic is way more intriguing to see peoples thoughts, rather then reading criticism of you or realest
Right, but just as you don't have to believe every word of the bible to be a good christian (i think lol), you don't need to believe everything in creationism to think it has some merrit. It could just be as simple as 'I think god created the universe'
I think I did my /end rant earlier, but...yea lol
who is this dude, interview some good players please
I think MOST people realise that the world is older than 6k years by now (except some zealots). 2 thousand years ago people would have had no real concept of what 1 thousand years even was.
Anyway humans and dinosaurs were on earth at the same time, but dinosaurs didn't exsist. Case solved.
Ridiculous squirming from your mistake, with your definition every single Christian would be creationist as would every Jew, every Muslim, and at that point, what is the point in the word? You might as well call them Christians or jews etc. That is not what the word means in the context of modern debate, the word has specific meaning in modern culture. It is very clear that everyone is talking about young earth creationists that do not accept the theory of evolution.

can you close the thread again? I was enjoying the epic derail win.

I want to be interviewed by Realest.
I'd rather not close the thread again... but I'm diggin the pic lol
I want to interview Proteus
and you guys were giving me a hard time over "hijacking" this thread last month.... at least I was on topic
hmmm that must have been a different thread, because i just went thru, and either i wasnt interested in replying, or my posts were deleted..
probly ignored this interview, as I dont know this guy
Interviews with egomaniacs (whether its real or faked) can be fun once in a while, but space them out between interviews with people that present themselves as at least somewhat normal pls.
I'd like to see people talk more about their experience with and perception of the game and less about themselves unless their personal life or ingame accomplishment makes for a particularly interesting story (just winning a crown is not interesting, but if something peculiar happened during the acquisition of that crown, that could be interesting).
There were hints of comments that could have been interesting in this interview, but they barely shone through that big black wall of sheer ego.
To be honest, you should have asked why he is so pro
to which he should obviously respond, because im asian im good at math
Interview people who want to give something back to the community, not just want to promote their own cause or simply feed their egos/trolllust.
people who want to 'give something back' are boring, talentless, dogooders.
