We warred Rage, we would have warred Debauchery on several ocassions but first time they decided to go against what they said and war Pewpew other times they been busy with other things. Wow. Past 3 pages both Simians and SWEA just love to put words in our mouths. Let me refresh the facts for you all.
1. Simians noticed us two hours before Jerks wave. It was for 72 hours. That time has elapsed and both kds are now open to each other. Anyone who thinks that because our cf is expired automatically means we are going to war does not understand this game.
2. July 1st Jerks WD from war. This means we can stay in war until April 2nd if we like. No kingdom can legit hostile us while we under the protection of war.
3. SWEA sent notice to Simians. The notice expires late March. So there will a window of time when Simians is open to SWEA, and we aren't open to Simians.
4. AMA sent notice to SWEA after SWEA sent their notice. Sure you can claim they are dodging, I don't care. But why should we? Kingdoms are allowed to dodge, if they set their cfs up so they can then good for them.
On the second page of this thread, Anri said: "Plus, its on your own heads if you made a bad deal with Simians that allows us to hit you in a way you dont like."
And as it turns out, Simians themselves made a bad deal with SWEA - and SWEA has a generous amount of time to wave Simians before they could get into a hostile with us.
On the third page, Anri said: "I dont think anyone really beleive Simians is the ones that ever run from a conflict, we warred a lot of times in impossible conflicts and at huge disadvantages. We hardly ever have any advantage good enough to mention."
So what is the problem really? Sorry, SWEA can get to Simians before Simians can get to us. Thats just how the timing worked out. Not sure why we are on page 8 when this just looks so clear to me.
EDIT: I'd also like to add: we haven't really said much about our intentions. First few posts were like: shug, I guess we forced into a war. We never agreed to war Simians, and even if we did: it wouldn't affect the timing. Simians cannot hostile us until we leave war, and SWEA notice expires before then. Additionally, Simians are trying to "force" us into war, and its a pretty lame move. Had they approached us and actually negotiated with us for a war, we might have a different attitude.
Actually they can, acording to Simians at least all they need to do is give you the button and its a "Active hostile" doesnt matter if you're in eowcf or not.Quote:

There wouldn't be a button though, because war overrides all other relations. If Simians waves us while in war, nobody will regard it as legit hostile. And I suspect SWEA would wave Simians. That would be a really bad move for Simians, because they would eat a wave while all armies out not doing any damage to the kingdom hitting them. And if April 2nd rolls around, it could potentially put Simians into a double hostile that they themselves would have caused. Not sure how it will all play out, but we will seeQuote:
