To be fair, at the moment we hold a 10-15% lead over #2 honor, and sit at #3 in the WW chart. When we offered, it was more like a 20% lead over #2 honor and #1 WW as well. Us winning either or both of those charts is entirely in the realm of possibility ;p.

I spent a long time talking to JanK yesterday to see if there was a way to resolve this. JanK was volunteered to offer a lot of concessions -- acknowledging that what they did was wrong, an undefined number of acres (as much as notpandas wants, taken from their competitors and given to them), blocking notpandas competitors (esp emeriti, with whom they have no deal). When asked about how he has the war end, though -- the answer was drag it out until there's a clear winner (in their eyes).

I also would think that most people would be unhappy with a deal that results in them going and blocking for pandas.
