This is my point. AMA was in a better position until they got razed. Did this kind of thing happen back in the day? When there were 10+ kingdoms? By the sounds of it, no ****play was. The game has changed. There is ****play in the top, you failed to account for it. That's a bad call on your part. You should have dealt with it before they dealt with you.

There might have been stiffer competition back in the day, but I have to disagree that it was harder. As obviously there are more factors that a kingdom has to master besides warring and whoring.

And to take away credit, where credit is due is kind of petty. As long as there is competition in the game even if there is only 1 other top 10 kingdom, which is a garbage assumption by the way, a win is a win. It does not matter who you were facing that age. There were people to beat, and you beat them. That's the only thing that matters.

If your CF with pyro ended 24 hours earlier, pyro/ama noticed each other, hit and became hostile. 24 hours later when CR could have hit due to their notice being 24 hours longer, they probably wouldn't have hit. Now again, some would say yes they would, others would have said no. It's all speculation, but if they did? They'd probably be the one's getting GB not you. So this is all on your kingdom, whoever is in charge for terrible CF management. It could have EASILY been avoided if you actually thought it through. And the whole point about the winner of AMA/Pyro auto losing to CR. Well sucks to be you again! They have better CF management! They deserve to win, they put themselves in a situation that was really good. And AMA put themselves in a terrible situation and payed for it. Deal.

Congratulations! You can win a war! Maybe you should try for the WW crown, might be better suited for you. To bad that winning the land/nw crown/whatever it's called crown, takes more than winning wars. It obviously takes better cf management, ability to avoid ****play, warring, and whoring. You could have easily avoided ****play, admitted that CR played a better ROUND. Setting up cf's, whoring and staying ahead of the game etc. I don't care that if 1 vs 1 you can beat CR. Regardless if CR admits to that, they positioned themselves to have a strong advantage to help them with a potential war against you after your war vs Pyro. That's smart play. Making sure you have some sort of upper hand. And I also don't care if you fought each war at a dis-advantage, again, good on you. You guys can war. But why fight all wars at a disadvantage? That doesn't sound like a winning strategy. It also proved to be true, as I don't think AMA will crown this age.

Talk about Pyro learning to play top. Maybe you should join a n00b alliance and learn a few things about diplo, cf management, setting things up so you have advantages going into wars. Because admitted you played with a disadvantage in all your wars just smells of amateur leadership.

From an outsider's perspective... I see a bit of a difference between AMA/EJ/BB working out a 'deal' with rage so they didnt have to play the game of 'who vultures Rage's land first' game for effecting the crown (even though EJ took the crown with a auto war against Infection who WD last tick before EoA to shape the charts). That vs AMA blatantly dealbreaking CR to be #1 and have the best chance to crown if they are not GBed. Rage didn't dealbreak anyone to get their land last age... they were placed in an unfortunate situation when pewpew warred for science.

Just how I see it being in none of these kds.

Elit is a whorish dbag who demands people play the game how he wants it to be played when his kd has power over everyone else. He sets standards for future ages and demands everyone else adhere to them. When it comes time to pay the piper and all of Elit's established rules come to bare on him he cries Hell Lame and unfair and gets GBed and laughed at by everyone. I dont want to dig up my logs with you and post here because all these logs can be misinterpreted if only a small chuck is extracted from a whole conversation, + it's not respectful to the other person.

#1 : If you can see from this small extract, I repeatedly said that I preferred to war than taking acres for cf. Maybe it isnt that clear here. But in our subsequent conversations, I am pretty sure I told you very clearly I preferred to war AMA 1v1 and then winner cannot run away from CR and we cannot b2b. You insisted that this is sure way for CR to crown and you dont want that.. while my kingdom was prepared for whatever small chance we had after we win AMA.

#2 : You also mentioned that I could either take the acres for cf, or you will just intra raze and leave pyro hanging there.. because if that happened, we will have negative (not even zero) chances of winning CR. What am i supposed to do? Maybe Nesta+Me made a mistake and didnt consult other prominent leaders outside Pyros on this, but then again, wont seem nice if we were to leak your proposed plans

#3 : All of us have our own negativity some point or another. Of course it struck me about this 'farm out' stuff. But come on, all of us have weird and 'wrong' ideas 1 point or another and would definitely 'brainstorm' or 'speak it out'. What would you ahve done if Drixx kd would have been 20% bigger then you (at the moment the biggest kd), fully pump, with a possibility to grow even bigger, 3 weeks before eoa. You would have done the same deal you did? No way. It's a different situation, don't compare apples with oranges.

SO you have decided the GB is appropriate I don't disagree. Now the punishment, what is the exact punishment? 1k hits, 2k hits, 4 PK's, 10 PK's, whole KD razed EOA?

Just curious because to me this is a precedent setting event and in future ages if there is an ounce of truth to what you peeps stand for the same standard will be applied to every kingdom regardless of who they are.

For example I just formatted our paper about an hour ago, there are 12 kingdoms with hit's into our war the hits are climbing to the 1k mark.

SO by that reasoning we can assume the same will be done to future kingdoms. Now let's chat about an appropriate punishment. The other stuff is getting old. Laws are set by precedent setting cases and I think we can all agree the measures taken against AMA are exactly that.

So I feel AMA's punishment is not over yet, not until those involved feel they are safe this round from the unstable AMA.

I believe zauper has made at least 5 level headed thoughts on the situation so far. People just seem to ignore it because **** logic in this thread lol

Are you the official rep from "Fair Play" Nick_mi? From your comments, and I don't want to put words in the mouths of "Fair Play" and don't know of you level of authority for the organization. But to me the standard seems your leaning towards the just punishment for a 2vs 1 or deal break is EOA razes?

I think this needs clarification because if it's a case by case scenario who is the judge? So to me avoiding political Utopian interests the punishment should be the same and not by a case by case scenario. I bring this up because for me the ghetto's represent 90% of the game. Should every kingdom in Utopia have one representative to have one vote on these instances? Or is the group deciding these matters are a closed group of "top kingdoms" with limited lower tier kingdoms like rusty also involved?

I do want the game to be better myself, but for me right now I just see self interest in the situation not a wanting to make the game "fair".

So I ask once again for a representative capable of speaking to these matters. I've heard enough of the trash talking (lynch mob) mentality, you want to fix the game well let's fix it. For me unless the ghetto's have a voice this is pointless.

The top nowadays do whine like little girls. ABS used to have the decency to keep their players in check and keep forum activity to a minimum. The funny thing is that Utopia nowadays is a dumbed down version of what it used to be and that foul play was a lot more prevalent before. Besides a real crown now would be worth how much? Probably less than a crown in Genesis IMO given the player base and legal trading.

I have no affiliation with fair play other than I'm a player in the kd that is a part of it. At no time should anything I say be considered anything official. I've been sat the past 4 days due to new job. I do lol @ this logic though. Pretty funny

Why do you LoL. I find making changes to the game very serious. Like I said in last 2 posts, there needs to be clarification if the game is to be better. Outlaw justice/lynch mobs don't make the game better. I've seen some posts on the ideas /standards of fair play, the basic lay out. But there isn't a clarification of the system itself, the punishments etc.

One would have to assume a deal will be broken in the future, such as in some countries murder is punishable by death, yet it doesn't stop people from murder. So a clarification of systems/votes/ who belongs to the organization/ the decision making process/ and the punishments is needed.

So with that said can we get some serious responses from individuals that are in charge/have say in "Fair play". I'm curious to how many ghetto's have a say in this matter out of my own curiosity. Does the community have a real voice or is it a closed political Utopian entity?

The idea of rules for the game is nice by itself but impossible to become reality. In order to have fair play u need rules - thats correct but in order those rules to be applied fair u need a judge and like the people are not judges in RL the community here cant be judge by itself. If u get a rulebook of some sort and lets say some kd screws up and PR the whole thing arround (we have some good tallents here) who is to say who is right or wrong? Its not the community over all its the top kds - ergo the most powerful kds.Kingdoms at top CANNOT judge other kds. Meaning that if people who judge are involved in any part (does not matter how tiny the involvment is) they cant be honest judges and say - this kd did wrong and it deserves GB. If that happens thats not fairplay thats bullying and powerplaying and whenever u have an aggressor u have resistance as well which renders the rulebook mute. If u write down rules kds that do wrong must be judged by a neutral party with no affiliation with any kd of what so ever like a moderator/admin or w/e (very unlikely). If not the idea is just temporary big talk with no real meaning behindit ergo - useless.

The movement right now is also useless considering that if the kds does not have common enemy they will make one. This is a war game and everything here is about interest, this age, next age or w/e its all about interest. People here ****play, manipulate and powerplay every time and it cant be stopped. U are trying to police one dealbreak (of a dealbreak but w/e) now but from here on u have 2 choices only - 1st create a big alliance and keep GB all that dont agree with u; 2nd forget that ever happened after 1-2 ages and keeps ****playing ur mates when they become ur enemies.

The whole thing is pointless and everyone with a brain (not u Anri put down ur hand) will understand what im talking about.

I said Pyro will be bigger and they are. Also they stopped hitting us at certain point (that was after your assumptions making them still wrong). Also CR has no chance in the upper size provs.

And we talk about numbers... AMA gained 35k acres from CR and lost 55k to gb. Care to explain? :)

You completely wrecked the outcome of the age, it's not about taking back exactly what you took, it's about punishing you. They should really be continuing and raze kill the smalls you still have.

Also, they really should be continuing to raze you, because you're going to come OOWP with the button on several KDs and the potential to still wreck the age.

I don't think you get the privilege of making offers.

You ****play, your fate is in other people's hands.

No offer that doesn't involve resetting your cows should be considered by anybody as a cause for stopping the razes.

CR had shot at crown and still have. Lost 8-10k acres total from conflict
Pyro had less chances to crown than now. Now they have gained 30k acres or so, you can hardly say it is a wrecked age for them.
There is only one kingdom that really lost and had their age wrecked - AMA.
So yeah, you are full of meep*.
