Maybe if you were more proactive with letting the randoms know what's going on in the first place they wouldn't have to ask the enemy monarch to end all this and would have second thoughts on killing you off themselves. Get them to send you the message. When someone asks me who has been involved in our "conflict" and I send them a list of 5, I don't consider it a "kill list".
