Nesta is adept at the complexities yes.
Implementation was our weakness. It's hard to trust new players and expect them to achieve objectives without micromanagement. There's a hazy zone in regards to efficiency and execution.
For example, the small provinces razing me were oversending, but doing so ergonomically. Since they could hit our chains for nominal acreage with very few troops they could send their remaining to raze, which was well above my defense. This also insulated the bulk of their troops from ambush since runes were scarce for anon. But the important part was they were sure to break my defenses with no chance of soldier blocking.
This may seems like a repeat of my previous post but this is about a time to be sure more than being efficient. You can't underestimate years of warring knowledge in that FS may've been more efficient than they consciously realize. I'm familiar with depths of complexity from my over 30 years of RPGs where the layers upon layers of personal capability are engrained to an instinctive level. We play as individuals with a myriad of abilities, skills and magical prowess and bring that to the team.
To reflect on this, nesta entered the game in what I believe was age 53(?); the same time I began to play seriously. Many players in this game have been here for over a decade. The rise of Pyro in the war ranks was swift and they found themselves butting against the lower top kingdoms within 3-4 ages. Soon after Pyro went whoring and learned even higher levels of efficiency. In the mean time I was honing my craft as a mercenary learning how to use speed, timing, deception and versatility.
My point is that nesta is still learning as am I. I've not occupied any kingdom where my build brought anything but critisism but I've gained acres in every complete war I've fought since age 63. I don't mention this as a boast, it's that I practice the art of nw zone supremacy. This is diametrically opposed to most organized war kingdoms method of combat.
Nesta on the other hand is controlling the whole in kingdom based objectives. That cJ is a brilliant commander can't be ignored. But, I sited that the objectives were identified by nesta though less weildy because he's trying to navigate 24 individuals.
We have guys that can manage battles, but FS showed the ability to execute ahead of the curve. In the ghetto I'm used to being given a target and ad-lib the rest. I interpret this as feeding my target to a max chain individual who uses all generals in a single tick(the traditional 2 attacks/day). My typical practice is to roll my generals through the entire unique(4 generals spread over a 12 tick span) and adjusting on the fly to any complications on the way. FSs teamwork mirrors much of what you see in kingdoms polished by time. I'm giving credit where credit is due. Nesta has a war to mull over with tons of tactical information to digest. He will only get better.
FS did not miss any fundamental of war, but "wait it out" is not some revolutionary genius move.
I grew up on trailer trash VHS movies and this lesson was learned in 1980 ~ frilly thing to present stuff ~
Jack Wilson: You're fast and you like pain. You eat it like candy. I've seen a few cases like that in my time. The more they get hurt, the more dangerous they become. But you got to be durable, too. Real durable. Most ain't.
~ frilly thing over ~ if you'll note, I'm fond of elf cleric ;-)
Despite that bias it's clear that Pyro is developing their experience as a whole and it would have been very impressive to see them beat FS, no...-
It may have been embarrassing for Fs, I would think?
Epic stuff though, good on both ends. Pyro for trying, FS for masterfully getting the W
( to see as a 3rd party non-involved but warring tier uto player at least heh )
The challenger always gets stronger from taking a beating from the master, until one day he overcomes and himself becomes the new master.
Or some such similar parable applied to this -cool- war and -even cooler- result, imo at least.
Also, Eowlyn rules
Oh oh---- pyro tagging Round 2 Fight---what does it mean
Everyone get a few smokes in during the break?
News Update:
4 days EOWCF has ended. Pyro's first wave went out. FS with war win has yet to respond.
CF's aren't free squirt. Do you have something to sell us for a CF? How about 12 million science and 10000 honor. Release all your defense and we will take until those amounts have been met. Or you could just war us. Both would achieve the same result for us, and this way you can have more fun.
So far your story about comebacks and overcoming the odds, doesn't seem like its about to have a happy ending is it?

But seriously, release your defense, and make this go by faster. Kthnxbye
I just enjoy watching you run your mouth from a position of strength. It was tremendously amusing at how quiet you got when you start losing, and oh look, now you have more strength, time to gloat about it some more.
I must say though I actually do respect Stratocastle and I am very interested as to why he is going along with this. Even to the point of destroying land instead of gathering honour (via land) or science as you (bombdige) claim is what interests you.
Sounds to me like just a salty butthurt kingdom that let a war get away from them. Kind of like getting beat up in a boxing ring, then coming back with a gun and saying "YEA WHO'S POWERFUL NOW, TELL ME I'M BETTER THAN YOU".
So juvenile..
You can guarantee this, as I've been a monarch many times before. And If I was a monarch, I would force you to normal stance and bounce with your T/M and let my T/M quad tap learn and quad tap those Trad March for honor. That's just what I would do.
One of your strats during the war was to make our attackers land fat and sit as shells. Which worked, kudos to you on that. But, midway through the war we had every intention of a b2b which was even disclosed to you by Nesta. Why are we the enemy for following through the pre-devised b2b plan? What served as an advantage to you at that time is now serving as an advantage to us. And coming back with a gun? Well darling, you were the one who gave it to us.
Spoken like a true whoring kingdom. Good to see you back in the whoring ranks. Guess you will be back to getting manhandled by CR in no time. Enjoy your feelings of dominance before you get dominated yourself I guess.
As for a b2b.. what.. war? you wont be getting a war so I guess just back to back conflicts. Enjoy it as much as you can I guess /shrug. We haven't and wont hit back, we have nothing to prove.. we already beat you. You are the ones that have to prove you are worth something. You are just doing this so you can try to claim hostile to prolong the smackdown you are about to receive from the top.
you cant take the kds into a war by yourself.. we won the war, and you are getting the acres which is perfectly fine with us.. if your 'genius' plan was to end up with higher acres, im pretty sure you could wave us and take it already on day 1, dunno why you wasted your time by giving us a war win..
I'd just like to give props for the classic survivor gif.
Omg Palem, are you one of those who misuses memes and gifs :(
The survivor gif wasn't used appropriately in this scenario.
Gotta be a stickler for those as a forum mod. #BoH4MoD
