The Wall: New monarch option to block randoms provinces from joining a kingdom. Causes kingdoms wages to increase by 20%.

War win reward: Not granted if the kingdoms are out of range at war start.
- Sweet, good change that.
War declaration: Requires 2 different people to have attacked.
- Would like to see this increased to 3, but thats just me maybe?
Fortified and End of War ceasefire: maximum time reduced to 48 hours each. Double wizards removed.
- EoWCF could do with being 72hrs, I agree 96hrs is too long, but 48hrs means a lot of farming.
- Double Wiz removal, Bad move, i think its added more wars having the double wizards, as rebuild has been quicker. (maybe only make it for losing side?)
Aggressive stance attack time buffed to -15%.
- Nice, good change.
Draft locked and timer message: Will be displayed on the military page around age start.
- Not sure what good this will do? but if it helps others fair enough.
Aid page: Will inform you that sending aid counts as an aggressive action.
- Glad to see this change, would be good.
Anonymity: This spell will case the target to lose honor, but the attack will not gain it.
- Simply the best change that could happen for now, like it a lot, will hopefully prevent a lot of the stronger war tiers to landdrop to fight ghettos, in order to win honour crown.
Tree of Gold: Reduced amount gained form this spell by 30%.
- Was overpowered, hope this one stays as change.
Guilds: Unaffected by BE for the purposes of calculating spell duration.
- Sounds okay, especially when all T/Ms seem nerf'd and attackers finally being more powerful + with changes a lot less UB provinces in war.
The elite strenght does seem a fair bit overpowered on some, i think that needs to be tuned down a bit, but overall nothing really complainable apart from i think some of the changes will slow down war preparations and give less wars but more farming of people just out of war.
Why are people so quick to complain about elites? getting elites should be hard to gain and not something easily trained, if all uses specs and attempts to grow in elites it makes the game more fun, its equal for all afterall, so saying elites are too expensive is just because you are used to running full elites, i on the otherhand think that its good elites are expensive so we see less full elite provinces and more use of specs as a weapon and as a skill on fighting.
