Is it still possible to PK a province?

i can report a similar situation, confirmed 10peasant/tick minimum emigration rate.

i was recently at 37 peasants, was losing 1 for every t/m on me, still lost 1 to a kidnap and desertion was not as high as 10.

Fb/kidnap till you get 0. Then trad march cause it takes peas. We also massed a few times. Then with 6 peas they died

you should watch ur pezzies closely, last age i was down to 92 peasant, i dont remember my acres. A mate died after a tick, coz forget to stop training wizzards..
