Except you will not give them any button and they will technically not be hostile to you at all. But feel free to try and see how it works out for you. I wouldn't recommend it, though.

How is this different from Rage?

The argument there was that Strippers agreed to extend CF on condition that Rage would then war. In that sense, war was allegedly agreed on as part of the CF arrangement. There in lies the difference.

War happened anyways and with a dealbreak. If they waited the appropriate time, submitted their notice, and then waved Rage, I'm sure they would have gotten a war anyways. I'm also sure the outcome would have been different.

Two smaller kingdoms that couldn't affect the outcome anyways. If it was two kingdoms that was Havoc's size at that time, a difference would have been made.

Also, no "fellating abscaulk" here. I could care less about Absalom, but I do defend the kingdom that I am in.
