When our LS arrived, whilst CF talks were ACTIVE, one of our provs made a hit on your kd.... from that point on you were totally out of your civil mind. You demanded 16 hours of FREE hits. On a different note, Sparta is in a legit hostile, its not their fault CD is randoming out, so any interference would set a new standard of not respecting hostiles in the top, not a very smart choice given i know how far Bart would go to exploit that (Sorry Bart but you know its true lol)
Ofc the top has to agree with this being hostile. Pyro hostiled divinity down past 50% for what seemed like a total of a month. Top preaches about closing hostiles, would be hypocritical to not honor this. I also doubt anyone is planning that.
Yet there were complaints about CDs hostile tag and people (in this thread as well) said to take it down cause it wasnt a legit hostile anymore when CD started randoming out and not hitting Sparta back anymore (as well as being semi waved and hit hard by other kds).Quote:

My memory is terrible but back in the day bottom feeding wasn't considered a hostile. Because a kingdom could just wave a small kingdom make ridiculous demands and dodge/stall opponents. I would never respect this as a true hostile do to the ridiculous demands for a cf.

10% is standard for a cf with terms, but last i heard you have taken alot more then that and are refusing to cf now. But that's not the point in the old days bottom feeding was never considered a true hostile after so long. That's why you had to be careful about who you tax and what diplo you do. You can't wave a kingdom 50% smaller then you for 2 weeks while you explore your cows and expect hostile protection.Quote:

Im just gonna add this, Bart asked us for a CF and since we atm isent doing alot we are debating if we want to give him one, he then try and use this "fight" as an excuse as he is in active hostile, im not gonna debat if he is in hostile or not becouse the judge on that is mine, and i have judge he is not, im just trying to decided what kinda diplo i want to do with bart, if he is to pay "nothing" 5% - 10% - 15% - 25% for a cf, or he is not deemed worthy to get one, on the other hand he can probly easy take offer back and fight us to eoa and that is also an option, knowing very well we got no other goal im not so sure it hurts us, but not the point i gusse as bart him self said they are not gonna compeet anyways.

I'm not against taxing, and we have taxed people in the past. However, it's not our general modus operandi like some other KDs. 9/10 we give free CFs to KDs if they ask. How unbelievably kind Bart is, to offer a cf with our largest prov under 1k acres. We're eating constant hits from other KDs, full abduct waves on provinces that, due to razes, have no peasants left to rebuild their shot defense.
Why even bother CFing? The next month of this age has nothing to offer us anyways. If last age taught me anything it's that a CF with Sparta won't keep them from having others target us anyways, so it's no matter anyways.

This is not FREE CF at 15kac and 500+ razes, plus dead provinces. You tax some and not others, Bart. You tax my kingdom knowing full well we don't do land tax, knowing our response, and you act like you are doing us some grand favor. No means No. 17 IRL days with that meter. We are an angry kingdom now.
