They can hit back just fine, just not do more attacks than the big kd, which they don't need to anyway, seeing as how for every day a retal war goes on, the big kd needs to outhit by a bigger ratio. It's already uncommon to see kd's war with other kd's 55% their size, but it's still possible. So why doesn't that happen all the time then?
No, they can't hit you back 'just fine,' because they're not in control of the flow of battle.
If you want them to hit you more than you hit them, you suicide someone, and they're all going to swarm you. Next thing you know, you can declare on them.
Or you could simply cut out this part, and go find ghettos than run aggressive.
We all know this is a bug, and a really bad one.

Why is this even an issue?
You've declared war on someone who has a grand total of 0% chance to fight back. Chances are, they've already given up completely, and what little activity they had before they got declared on by the biggest kingdom in the world is now long gone.
I bet they feel cheated, and that the game's neither fair, nor fun anymore.
For eleven years in a row, what you've done's been impossible, because the rules didn't allow it - and for good reason.
But now that it's possible, you're all over the place, trying desperately to defend yourself.

The difference is as that this group of whining noobs KNEW what they were doing, and were going to use a non-existant game mechanic in order to back themselves. The game mechanic they depended on wasn't there. Guess what.

I'm going to point out something really cool about this system, that will make the 'top' explode from massive orgasms.
Since there's now absolutely no cap whatsoever on who you can declare on, and OMAC has no way to detect cheating, it's ridiculously easy to create multi-accounts in really tiny ghettos, 4x a suicided province that's three times the ghetto's size, and bring them to war.
What this entire thing will lead to is an even greater loss of players, simply because you want the ability to pretend you're reenacting David vs Goliath. Guess what?
That's a fairytale, and in reality, David never wins over Goliath, so no one finds it much fun to play the role of David.

Guidelines when hit by a kd more than 50% your size:
1. Count the number of hits the enemy makes against your kd
2. Always hit back the same number of times minus one.
Note: plunder/massacre/learn=0.5 point || trad march/ambush/conquest=1 point || Agressive stance = x2 points(recommended to assume that every hit is non-agressive)
3. If u intend to be a small kd, always have plenty of t/m especially gnomes. If you can't break them, irritate them using Greed and Riot 24/7.
4. Always remember to tag "Hostile" and state the enemy kd's loc
5. Do not forget to trash talk your opponent especially the first 2-4 weeks of the game (if they're going to rape you, ur screwed anyway so what the hell)
If you follow these steps, you're more likely to be left alone than bullied for the rest of the age.

Think about that for a second and let's see if you can figure out why that's ridiculous (hint: you could declare kd's 55% your size before, and chances are they'd have more for you to feed on, so it'd actually be better).
If someone suicides you hit as many times back, not like he'll gain more than you. You have kd nw diff on your side, and can also choose pretty freely in nw ranges of who to hit back with. Suicide baiting has been used before and worked just as well with the war range mechanic existing.
If you wave a big kd, you get pwnt. It's completely natural, and to stop it would be to discourage anything but topfeeding, which would make the game dumb as hell.

lets be serious, its unlikely a scenario that my players would talk to you. Since our inauguration, we have only had about 30 players or so, so i highly doubt that 3-4 people would talk to you about stuff you want to know, given the history of my players and their opinion of you Its really cute that you like to produce phantom threats and logs though, and I understand you may have a personal agenda against me after being butthurt by my kd all these ages. However, next time you try to lie, cover your tracks because right now it just makes you look stupid. Don't make me produce the logs and screenshots octo has of copycats xlogging and cheating.
