Again, there are factors that decide whether or not a kingdom cfs for free or not. Here's a couple: greed, competition. Clearly greed is a factor vs weaker kingdoms which some people overdo. The competition factor is rather logical, you don't want to extend a kingdom for free when you're in a good position to beat em now but later you may not due to factors like setup or whether or not someone may get an easy war while you may not.

I'm not sure what else to say at this point other than you are incorrect. The followup statement just explained what it takes to actually be in the top 3 at this point. It added absolutely nothing to my original statement. I took no steps forwards, nor backwards, nor to the side of whether or not a kingdom in the top 3 is a ghetto. Allow me provide another example outside of utopia to show just how Palem-blind you all have become.

Statement:
Perfect circles do not exist in the real world.

Follow up:
A circle is a shape in which all points are equidistant from the center. Since real world shapes have mass/depth, this is impossible to achieve. While we can get reasonably close, the material we're trying to make the circle out of will have imperfections, thus the circle will not be perfect.


Follow up adds absolutely nothing to the statement. It just explains what I'm talking about for people that don't understand. Your follow up defines it into more specific terms rather than your initial statement whereas it was "Top 3 isnt ghetto" in which anyone that at anytime in an age could be considered not ghetto just for being in top 3. Its not my fault that you cant admit you made a poor statement then try to cover your ass by defining your statement afterwards then pretend like "You should have known what I meant!!!"

In Floggers case, this is what he tries to do, but fails. If you gonna claim tactical wd, make sure to win b2b. Otherwise its a normal loss that turns into two losses or three losses.

Last time someone vultured flogger and wouldn't budge (Rage a while back) he back to backed them for the rest of the age and kept them from crowning.

There's no bad blood here though, just 2 fights where we both started around the same size, and we could have CF'd if we wanted (I actually wanted to not fight the first war, but was too busy to do diplo unfortunately) before both so why would we have a grudge?

No, this is the age mercy (lead by Tempest) and us were 1/2 OOP by a mile and they waved us OOP because they "couldn't lose," lost and disbanded and Rage vultured us and wouldn't CF afterwards because they were butthurt they lost 50k acres to us the age before. As discussed previously, I think 1 of the 3 wars they won they actually gained some land.

Fwiw, Proteus would probably opt to CF us if he could repeat that age knowing how it would otherwise end. Sure he's going to deny that, but winning a war which he couldn't lose isn't worth as much as winning an age, especially not to someone who cares as much as he does/did.

First of all I wonder where you're getting that from, sounds like just pure guesswork, unless you're Elit's sockpuppet.
Second, nothing really happens with the story assuming everything still transpired the same, AMA's intentions doesn't really matter here, only the sequence of the events that went down does.
As long as Sanct took first action then AMA had perfect justification to claim that they were in a hostile.
If AMA waved Sanct after Havoc Sent notice then AMA are stupid and just doublehostiled themselves, Havoc can hit when notice expires regardless of status between AMA & Sanct.
If AMA waved before Havoc could notice then Havoc would need to sit and wait for that to resolve if notice clause existed (which I'd assume it did). Considering that sending a notice is significantly faster than waving it's extremely unlikely to go down this route.

So in the end if Sanct had just sat tight then Havoc could legitly have gone ahead regardless of AMA's actions(barring some extremely slow noticing by Havoc). But since Sanct took actions which very obviously seemed like coordinated alliance action, especially since ASF very vocally defended it, it's a clear 2v1 alliance bull**** move, that set some really really stupid precedents.
