He's not admin, how many times must this be brought up? He understands the mechanics. A concept you can't seem to grasp.

So as i said in a prior comment i am allowed to negotiate WW with other KD pre-war as long as its outside game chat and can then talk about it freely here? or will i be deleted for that?

he is not a game mod or admin, he is a forum mod for the strategy forum only.

which does not change the fact that Bart and ASF both tried to shape the province charts.
While that in itself is pretty disgusting to many, dragging it in here and stating that chart shaping is allowed by the game is what is a danger to the game.
In most cases agreements like this cannot be proven and so the admins can somewhat ignore it under the guise of lack of evidence.
In this case however all the proof is in the official game forum, both parties have admitted to the chart shaping.
Now the admins will have to make a decision.
Should they decide to let this go it means they agree that chart shaping is not against the rules.
And like someone said before, who wants to play a game with a fixed outcome?

The only reason your kingdom has any provinces above 15k acres still, is because you were allowed to have them.

chart shaping to me is anything that involves an agreement that directly hinders competition.

cf...two kingdoms agreeing not to hit each other...they can both still compete and hit others...not chart shaping
non compete clause...one kingdom telling another they can't compete....chart shaping

so yes, I am pretty sure I know what it means...good movie though

If we were no danger, you would've farmed us. I intentionally took a set-up of mystic/rogue - elf/heretic to make sure that anyone feeding on us would leave the hostile with possibly more land, but not enough military to defend their land afterwards. You were trained up for ****, had no wpa, and I simply would've covered you into MS/FG for a week or so until the others would've caught up and farmed ya.

So did I break my CF with ASF? Am I currently conspiring against him? Nope! I won't be going for largest prov this age, simple as that. If you guys wanna fret about that, I'll just let it be completely ;)

Well, actually it's not that we can't agree on it, it's more that I deny that there is any form of interpretation involved as the terms are so extremely clear and well-specified (I always make sure!). Lord ASF seems to think that diplomatic interchanges that take place before the final deal is signed are part of the agreement. I think that the agreement = the agreement.
