We had to train up because cj noticed you and we had no idea if you would hit us first or not. So now here we are. Some of our cows are sitting on 0 pezzies. I told you I accepted your notice and most of the time I was arguing I didn't know when notice started. You showed me and mine a lack of respect that I repeatedly pointed out how we showed it to you. So now here we are. My question to you is this:

Several pages trying to find a way to state that a notice wasnt served, even if its 100% obvious it was by the party receiving making it publicly known.

When the other side says, ok screw it, we will take care of the other notice (apparently sent through a deal break), suddenly "omg how about that notice on CP?"

This is absurdly ridiculous.

What does a war seeker look like? I'm trying to imagine a bunch a war seekers raiding a camp full of sleeping farm animals.

Im not sure what I would do, but i just find it funny that someone posts saying he got noticed, then claims he didnt for days and endless posts and then when the other side says screw it, he cries where is my war as ive been noticed.

It shows that Utopia needs more coherence in their talks and dealings.
