No, we did not give you notice right at expire. We waited for a couple of hours. Now, if we wanted to run, why did we not give you notice much earlier and thus put a bigger gap between AMA and you? Clearly, smarts are not your forte. The KD who will "run in any way they can" is obviously you - bringing in allies and threatening to vulture someone into their EowCF just to get away.

Still you seem to be confused that giving notice somehow gives you protection from everyone else, do explain then if a notice is a promise of war that you seem to be inclined to believe, why didnt Simians war the three kds that they gave notice to few ages back? And how is giving a notice powerplay? Debauchery as expressed their opinion that they dont want war you cause you're a bunch of douchebags that wants to vulture them.

1) We don't force you to do anything. You choose to try and run but hitting into their EowCF.

Korp, i am not your enemy. I lack nothing, i just prefer relaxing and enjoying the forums rather then get into a fight with you. I poke you to spice things up, i dont get personal because i have nothing invested in this ingame. This age has been one of the best in ages in terms of top tier action, so of course im gonna comment. We need more people using forums, and the best way to do that is to keep things interesting.

It may have already finished but i'll make the suggestion for people to stop posting locations. I've alerted the mods due to the fact it mgiht be missed otherwise so thought they might have needed a bit of help.


Never been in top politics btw but i do reckon simians have the more right standpoint here, seems to be an agreement with both sides for them to war, so serving notice into the situation and then hitting IF simians have also waved, would b interfering in a hostile imo.

Right now if swea wave before simians do then simians having spoke up front aobut their plans and made agreements elsewhere, are well entitled to be annoyed aobut it and do whateer they want about it, as anri says people hate them anyway so why should he bother (I have monkey love myself tho not all bad anri!) If you don;t wanna be gangbanged for ana ction you think is fine, well thats fine, but your not the only partyy here and what other people want will matter, esentially you're 2 big people with massive massive 25 people ego's.

Swea's been warned agains tthe action they seem to be planning, history be damned whats happening now is what should be focused on, have grduges and come back another time if u don;t like it, thats what history is for...sparking renewed conflict

Wow. Past 3 pages both Simians and SWEA just love to put words in our mouths. Let me refresh the facts for you all.

1. Simians noticed us two hours before Jerks wave. It was for 72 hours. That time has elapsed and both kds are now open to each other. Anyone who thinks that because our cf is expired automatically means we are going to war does not understand this game.
2. July 1st Jerks WD from war. This means we can stay in war until April 2nd if we like. No kingdom can legit hostile us while we under the protection of war.
3. SWEA sent notice to Simians. The notice expires late March. So there will a window of time when Simians is open to SWEA, and we aren't open to Simians.
4. AMA sent notice to SWEA after SWEA sent their notice. Sure you can claim they are dodging, I don't care. But why should we? Kingdoms are allowed to dodge, if they set their cfs up so they can then good for them.

On the second page of this thread, Anri said: "Plus, its on your own heads if you made a bad deal with Simians that allows us to hit you in a way you dont like."
And as it turns out, Simians themselves made a bad deal with SWEA - and SWEA has a generous amount of time to wave Simians before they could get into a hostile with us.

On the third page, Anri said: "I dont think anyone really beleive Simians is the ones that ever run from a conflict, we warred a lot of times in impossible conflicts and at huge disadvantages. We hardly ever have any advantage good enough to mention."
So what is the problem really? Sorry, SWEA can get to Simians before Simians can get to us. Thats just how the timing worked out. Not sure why we are on page 8 when this just looks so clear to me.

EDIT: I'd also like to add: we haven't really said much about our intentions. First few posts were like: shug, I guess we forced into a war. We never agreed to war Simians, and even if we did: it wouldn't affect the timing. Simians cannot hostile us until we leave war, and SWEA notice expires before then. Additionally, Simians are trying to "force" us into war, and its a pretty lame move. Had they approached us and actually negotiated with us for a war, we might have a different attitude.

Actually they can, acording to Simians at least all they need to do is give you the button and its a "Active hostile" doesnt matter if you're in eowcf or not.

fair enough on not having agreed to war, it had been made to sound like it had happened, possibly not form your side and possibly even by a troll, lots of posts happening here, i presumed some irc convo had happene dto explain things like that.

If you haven;t agreed i don;t really care what happens i guess, you guys will all sort it out in a big silly fight anyway

There wouldn't be a button though, because war overrides all other relations. If Simians waves us while in war, nobody will regard it as legit hostile. And I suspect SWEA would wave Simians. That would be a really bad move for Simians, because they would eat a wave while all armies out not doing any damage to the kingdom hitting them. And if April 2nd rolls around, it could potentially put Simians into a double hostile that they themselves would have caused. Not sure how it will all play out, but we will see
