Meep, its very simple. Last age we had power to GB rage after farm out but we accepted Drixx propose when no one from us liked it.
This age Drixx have power to GB us and he is doing it after we told we wont raze acres how he did last age. We told we are ok to give up crown and let pyro/havoc war for n1.

Exactly. They put themselves at risk. Didn't deal with said risk. Cost them the war vs Pyro. Removed any chance of beating CR. And now are going to blame their n00b blunders on others.

From an outsider's perspective... I see a bit of a difference between AMA/EJ/BB working out a 'deal' with rage so they didnt have to play the game of 'who vultures Rage's land first' game for effecting the crown (even though EJ took the crown with a auto war against Infection who WD last tick before EoA to shape the charts). That vs AMA blatantly dealbreaking CR to be #1 and have the best chance to crown if they are not GBed. Rage didn't dealbreak anyone to get their land last age... they were placed in an unfortunate situation when pewpew warred for science.

Just how I see it being in none of these kds.

I'll break everything down for anyone who doesnt understand:

Elit is a whorish dbag who demands people play the game how he wants it to be played when his kd has power over everyone else. He sets standards for future ages and demands everyone else adhere to them. When it comes time to pay the piper and all of Elit's established rules come to bare on him he cries Hell Lame and unfair and gets GBed and laughed at by everyone. Then Don Scroteus steps in and says I am the greatest, the game is dead you are all silly and will never be as great as me.

I guess the moral of this story is...well...this is Utopia...The standard of "Morals" Comes at the tip of the mightiest's sword. So its all pretty relative. Live by the Golden Rule: ****play others the way you yourself would want to be ****played and ye shall have it.

I dont want to dig up my logs with you and post here because all these logs can be misinterpreted if only a small chuck is extracted from a whole conversation, + it's not respectful to the other person.

#1 : If you can see from this small extract, I repeatedly said that I preferred to war than taking acres for cf. Maybe it isnt that clear here. But in our subsequent conversations, I am pretty sure I told you very clearly I preferred to war AMA 1v1 and then winner cannot run away from CR and we cannot b2b. You insisted that this is sure way for CR to crown and you dont want that.. while my kingdom was prepared for whatever small chance we had after we win AMA.

#2 : You also mentioned that I could either take the acres for cf, or you will just intra raze and leave pyro hanging there.. because if that happened, we will have negative (not even zero) chances of winning CR. What am i supposed to do? Maybe Nesta+Me made a mistake and didnt consult other prominent leaders outside Pyros on this, but then again, wont seem nice if we were to leak your proposed plans

#3 : All of us have our own negativity some point or another. Of course it struck me about this 'farm out' stuff. But come on, all of us have weird and 'wrong' ideas 1 point or another and would definitely 'brainstorm' or 'speak it out'. Like I said above, extracting a small part of a conversation isnt very useful. I am very sure I repeatedly said Pyro preferred to AMA and then most to most lose to CR after that. I said these alot of times.

What would you ahve done if Drixx kd would have been 20% bigger then you (at the moment the biggest kd), fully pump, with a possibility to grow even bigger, 3 weeks before eoa. You would have done the same deal you did? No way. It's a different situation, don't compare apples with oranges.
Also what would you have done if drixx council said ok we wont grow anymore, but then you heard that drixx was saying the opposite? cause thats what your kd did... Proteus swear on his life that he would raze. then you said you would keep acres and go for crown since you got robbed in an other life... You didnt CF Remote kd after ****ting on them, thats your fault. You deal broke, thats your fault. You got pushed into a corner because of CFs, thats your fault. SO you have decided the GB is appropriate I don't disagree. Now the punishment, what is the exact punishment? 1k hits, 2k hits, 4 PK's, 10 PK's, whole KD razed EOA?

Just curious because to me this is a precedent setting event and in future ages if there is an ounce of truth to what you peeps stand for the same standard will be applied to every kingdom regardless of who they are.

For example I just formatted our paper about an hour ago, there are 12 kingdoms with hit's into our war the hits are climbing to the 1k mark.

SO by that reasoning we can assume the same will be done to future kingdoms. Now let's chat about an appropriate punishment. The other stuff is getting old. Laws are set by precedent setting cases and I think we can all agree the measures taken against AMA are exactly that.

So how's about an official spokesperson from "Fair Play" post a serious non trash talking post right here about what can be expected in future ages. That means Anri, your out or any other non bias person.

I would like to hear CJ's thoughts on this he seems to be the most level headed, or Zauper. One of them fellows.

What is the required punishment for deal breaking/ 2 vs 1 (same in my books) for future ages?

Cj you just posted I know your here, don't be shy. Have some fortitude an say what the standards are, if you don't know and you're just winging it I suggest you come up with one. Or for me this is just a lynch mob that has no real concern for the game

AMA is obviously still in shape to cause issues the rest of the age. Witnessing how Elit has been talking on the forums, I have no doubt in my mind that he will be partaking in some shenanigans. So I feel AMA's punishment is not over yet, not until those involved feel they are safe this round from the unstable AMA.

I believe zauper has made at least 5 level headed thoughts on the situation so far. People just seem to ignore it because **** logic in this thread lol

Are you the official rep from "Fair Play" Nick_mi? From your comments, and I don't want to put words in the mouths of "Fair Play" and don't know of you level of authority for the organization. But to me the standard seems your leaning towards the just punishment for a 2vs 1 or deal break is EOA razes?

I think this needs clarification because if it's a case by case scenario who is the judge? So to me avoiding political Utopian interests the punishment should be the same and not by a case by case scenario. I bring this up because for me the ghetto's represent 90% of the game. Should every kingdom in Utopia have one representative to have one vote on these instances? Or is the group deciding these matters are a closed group of "top kingdoms" with limited lower tier kingdoms like rusty also involved?

I do want the game to be better myself, but for me right now I just see self interest in the situation not a wanting to make the game "fair".

So I ask once again for a representative capable of speaking to these matters. I've heard enough of the trash talking (lynch mob) mentality, you want to fix the game well let's fix it. For me unless the ghetto's have a voice this is pointless.

CR : Total Land 182,375 acres (avg: 7,295 acres)

And my bet is that CR has more pool than CR to make up that 1k difference.
