Yeah, that seems almost accurate. I still haven't seen any evidence that Pyro did anything wrong here... Here is what I see in the chronological events, please feel free to politely correct me if there is a mistake.
1. Pyro waves Legacy
2. Legacy tags as no hostile, and pyro are bullies, even though we are both hostile (30+ points on meter)
3. Pyro learns that Simians is going to wave while their armies are ALREADY OUT.
4. Legacy does Pitfalls, Nightstrikes and Meteor Showers on Pyro. Pyro sees this as dealbreak, and retracts CF offer that has been available for 50 minutes, and continues hitting. Legacy only sees the hits as dealbreak, not the ops.
5. Simians does wave Pyro, and claims Pyro and Legacy are not hostile, so Simians is not 2v1'ing pyro
6. AMA says Yeah, Simians is 2v1, so they decide that its worth their time waving Simians, and seizes the opportunity
7. Pyro sees AMA hitting Simians, and decides to try to reclaim some acres while Legacy goes fortified
8. Legacy pushes button and declares war.
9. Simians works out cf deal and apology
10. Simians retracts apology and cf deal (not sure if CF is invalid, or just not going to give back acres) because they learned that we were aware of the wave after we couldn't do anything about it as we were already commited.
11. Lots of smacktalk from Simians
12. War between Pyro and Legacy ends.

You can see the timestamp as 18:43 EST (my timezone)... but the date on calle for whois is 5am EST this morning.. which is the time calle logged in, not the time the conversation happened.
Which means, Pyro DID NOT have info 26h prior to wave, which is what they are saying from the pastebin. This means, based on my convo with calle, Simian originally planned on waving on the 5th, but postponed to 13th. So if Oven had notified us 4hours (or 5 as simian bot is weird with 0 hour), the absolutely earliest we would have known would be the 1st.

We saw someone retaliating to our initial hits (based on info above, 2/3 hits for the month came from Legacy.. so we waved them on the 2nd.
Calle said he moved their wave back 8 hours since we had waved Legacy (to the 13th).
Here is the summary of the time between us starting to wave Legacy, and Simians new wave time..

And this is when Simians decided to wave us. Which is a clear hostile, even with only 12 hours of news, not even counting the previous hits i spoke about above.....
Now, circling back... The earliest we would have known about Simians wave was on the 1st of month, when we were already unfriendly with Legacy... and when they did wave us, we were full blown hostile.
If Simians had not changed their wave date, we would not be hostile.
Summary of initial hit into Legacy till the 5th, (Simians original wave date)

For their new date, we were hostile. That's the bottom line.
Question is why was pew+pyro having our orders and everything else full age and not telling us. How fair is that. I honestly dont beleive any of this. Pyro knew we might be coming for them and waved down 70%. They also never was going to tell us about how they could read our orders etc. Because after speaking to Cj he sees no wrong in it. That is allready clear. He never came to tell us nor attempted a cf or anything. In his mind a underdrafted kd with bad builds and less science was ready to fight a super well pumped kd that pulled out max activity on xmas morning. mmm right. This is why you continued to fight legacy i bet and despite retal us after Ama hitted us lose well over 5k acres. anyway...
It tells me a great deal of this KD Pyro. They do whatever they can to win and they dont care how. Kreinhild. Its nice you beleive all of this. But its not hard to understand that this group of kds used our intel from day 1. They allies in closed leader channel. This been ongoing. We can see when and what IPs connected. Its just no way that our info reached your kd just before our wave.
You can choose to be naive and gullible. I choose to understand that Nesta and Cj is liers and they are cheaters. They dont even understand what they did was wrong. This could have carried on full age and these guys had no told anyone because they see nothing wrong in it. Hopefully players like these gets punished.

Regarding our wave. We heard you guys had a cf deal. This is why the wave happend. There was also a deal. We could not have known the deal went bad and looking back at it we should have waited even if your beyond fat kd dodged us and had our intel.
We apologized. I said we can give back acres and cf.
But now. When i know how your leaders cheat in this game. I dont feel like it. Infact i wish for them to understand that cheating is not winning. Its just a losers way of playing.
Really.... Your not getting anything from us. No matter how smart and bad you think you are. If anything be glad we pulled you to declare range so you could get a win. Besides. AMA claimed every single acre for your kd.

I'm not into taking sides, even if some players are more charming than others. I sympathize with the underdog and find it a shame when guys don't have an ally to depend on. Again, that's the majority of the kingdoms in Utopia.
I wanted to stop posting in this thread or the other thread (pyro,pew,rage) because things were going in round circles and circles. But I cannot resist posting and correct all of the flawed facts.
This is going to be my last post in both of these threads. If the apes want to continue crying, go ahead. The next time either Nesta or me posting will be when we post war summaries.
Let's get some timelines correct. once and for all.
- Pyro first hit on Legacy was 23rd
- 'Dealbreak' occurred between Legacy and Pyro on the 5th-6th (depending on how either side sees it, both legacy monarch and us agree to disagree on who dealbroke first)
- Simians latest oow date is 6th. Most kingdoms use 96hrs eowcf in current game dynamics
- Ovenmitt fed Pyro intel on the 9th-10th that Simians was coming on the 13th. This is after Pyro has most of their troops out on legacy + use gc + mana + stealth.
- Last hit from Pyro on Legacy was on the 12th, and the last hit from Legacy on Pyro was on the 12th.
- Pyros leaders PM Simians on the 11th or 12th saying that they were in ACTIVE hostile with legacy, asking simians to not wave pyro and respect the hostile. Pyro did not tell Simians that they had intel from the site BUT had alot of sots done on them on the 12th and slightly earlier. Simians continued to wave onto active hostile on the 13th

More facts now.
- There was ZERO chance of Simians coming out of war on the 6th in NORMAL stance. This was based on our calculations and observing of their nwpa and such. You were not in proper builds or trained. So stop giving me your bull**** that you postponed your wave on the 5th/6th to the 13th just to respect some of the hostile Pyro had with Legacy.
- In fact, the ORDERS to have a wave on the 13th on Pyro was made on the 6th. Right when the 'dealbreak' occured and Legacy ALREADY raining hits on Pyro. So, you either didnt take news to know what happened, OR you just want to take advantage of the situation.
- Doesnt mean Legacy kingdom name is 'NOT HOSTILE' means you can assume there is no hostile between Pyro and Legacy. Pyro leaders already PM you before your wave started to stop it, but you didnt. And you DEFINITELY took a snatch news, or else how would you know whose armies were out, and hence double tappable?
- We have no NOTICE agreement, hence why do you cry about Pyro running away from you? Is taking SOTS of a kingdom giving notice? Afaik, you were taking sots on several kingdoms before you exit fort and were deciding on your victim. So all these kingdoms cannot wave out? So if in future, if any kingdom that you take sots on decide to wave out, = they dodging you?

We do not condone the usage of such intel leaks/spies, but these intel didnt help Pyro much at all. Because by then we had armies out + used mana+stealth+gc on Legacy. In fact, it helped us in the sense that we WENT to SIMIANS and told them to back off, which they DIDNT.
Other information
- Simians promised AMA xmas WAR. But dodged.
They asked why Pyro didnt push vs them when Legacy 21x + used ops on Pyro, while Pyro had used stealth+mana+gc on Legacy already. I.E drained. And Simians rained a f***ing alot of hits on the 13h itself. At least 30-35 iirc.
Pyro saw AMA wave on the 24th, a perfect coincidence of when we told our guys to come online to wave out (be it Simians or Legacy). Obviously since we felt we got **** played, we decided to take back some of our lost acres and 18x on the 24th. We barely spent ANY ops on SIMIANS, and SIMIANS never had relations with Pyros and hence had mana+stealth..
Facts.
Simians had troops SYNCed up to return around the 1st-2nd. You had unspent mana+stealth. You dodge AMA in a much more comfortable situation then Pyro had when you said Pyro dodge you guys.
Anri, stop taking attention off yourself on how you went about posting all in #tactics about 2wws and #1 land in two weeks, and how you wanted to war/farm and beat ama in an xmas war. When you just blatantly dodged them..
To the person whose posting about Pyro been hitting into active hostile last age + ghetto bashing.... Before Pyro grew, we had wars with noobiesdontbite, war machines, simians, qoa and sanitarium. All of these wars were arranged. And our relative kd nw% was 107%. We didnt need to wave out and look for war. I believe you were the guy who was from the Kingdom that 5x Pyro when they were having pre-war hostile with either war marchines or qoa. And we repaid that favour by 3xing (2 less) your pre-hostile with another kingdom later.
To those Pyro haters, only time will tell whether Pyros play with a code of honour or are a dishonourable bunch. I appeal that you give us time to show what we are.

Yes, we were not that 'honourable' in the sense that when we approached Simians to stop their wave on us, we didnt tell them about the leaked intel. But see it from our point of view, Simians were already very aggressive when we talked to them and refused to stop their wave.. If they had at least stopped their wave, or postponed it then it gives Pyros justification to let them know of this leak intel.. The moment we approached you to ask you to stop your wave, you just blatantly refused.
If you ****play us by hitting into active hostile, why should you expect us to be honourable back and let you know you got intel leaked? We told you we know that you are coming in 1-2hrs to wave us, but you didnt want to back off.. why should we let yo know about your intel leak then? If you were to back off, yes we would have An eye for an eye.
This will be the last post from myself in these two threads. It will be the same post. Nesta already said he is not posting anymore (respect to him on having more control than me). Whatever any Pyromaniacs members posts after me is their own view only and not the kingdom's view.

Simians has always had a bad attitude/don't like wars. Every time they get into a war they turn it into a grudge match/death match/forum smear fest. A little while ago it was HoH they hated, then SWEA, now AMA.
Nobody cares who Simians has a hard on for, most actually prefer to be on Simians **** list so they have a good farm if your a top 5 kingdom. A good kingdom will be in better position then an average kingdom 90-95% of the time , good for you you screwed over The kingdom 1-2 times while they farm you 18-19 times. I think that's a great return :p
Simians did a great job last age and are/were heading in the right direction, hope to see them war/ honor chart this age. Simians doesn't have the quality of kingdom to make enemies vs AMA and get anywhere positive. Just take your lumps and move on vs a kingdom in a lower class/quality range.
