I implore everyone to read and draw from this as much as you can, as it will hopefully grant you insight into one way of how reality was taken from us and replaced w/ artificiality (in fact, we are all 'artificial persons' in the eyes of the law, look it up if you don't believe me). We all are artificial persons under "The Law" (maritime law, aka U.C.C., Uniform Commercial Code), and are not looked at as Real People under God with inalienable rights that are only spelled out (not guaranteed, only just recorded) in the Constitution. This is why in a court of law you are required to stand when a judge enters the room, to give acknowledgment that one has entered into the maritime contract and willingly is waiving their Human rights and adopting the Artificial Person, who is subject to the Courts rulings thereafter.

Only by exiting our contracts b/c we were never fully disclosed w/ all information (basic contract law), and enter back into the being of the True Human, known as the "Real Person" in the eyes of the law, where only Gods Laws which are outlined in the Constitution apply, can we then get back on the road to recovery. We are all Kings and Queens, Sovereigns unto ourselves, with allegiances to no one, and America was founded to be the land where one could come to be free, to be their own King, with a government meant to protect its Kings and Queens, not enslave them and become their King. They have taken that from us, and given us back Serfdom, with a new name, Social Security.

English Courts function in the exact same way as the American Courts, they both follow U.C.C. Maritime Law, Law of the Sea, which "supersedes the Law of the Land" they claim, BUT CAN ONLY BE ENTERED INTO CONTRACT WILLINGLY, NOT FORCED UPON (however contracts can be deceitfully imposed, as long as the one being deceived does not catch the deceivers (Can't get in trouble if you don't get caught!) this is what Drivers Lisences are, Marriage Licences, Business Liscenses, Standing in a Court of Law, agreeing to any letter that is sent to your house (rather then sending a letter back stating that you have no obligation nor right to do as they say (usually pay) etc)), which is global beyond country, when they say Common Law, they mean Human rights, god given rights, which are what are spelled out in the constitution. When you go out and get in your car, and drive it, are you required to have a license? The "law" says you do, but in reality, you have the human right to travel by any means necessary, regardless of what any of mans laws say. There is a wide misconception that the 'contract' known as a 'drivers license' is mandated, it is not, it is a contract that we willingly enter in to because we are lied to and told we "must". That is just one example.

Also that Habeus Corpus is for HUMAN Courts of Human Rights, not Business Courts of Maritime Law. We haven't had a "real" court in hundreds of years, and a "real judge" in decades. Why do you think if you ask a judge to recite and/or swear on his oath in a court of law, they will not? Because they know if they do they are lieing/and or committing fraud on you. The real courts of Judiciary, Judicial Court, have given way to Courts of the Sea, maritime courts, with a "captain banker" "judge", and "berth certificates" (yes i know i spelled it w/ an E, there is a reason), b/c the "berth certificate" is like when you berth a ship, and that is a certificate of the ships berth.

In the law, we are all artificial ships sailing the oceans of commerce, in reality, we are human beings, souls, spirits, only temporarily inhabiting these bodies. They have created a system of law in which people (unknowingly most of the time) agree to put aside their divinity, their godliness, and adopt the "artificial personhood" of John Doe (or whatever your name is), and to be "berthed" in the "port" of the US, or whatever country you are from, and once "berthed" in a country, that ship (aka artificial person) and its crew (the real ships have crews, we are just artificial people) must abide by whatever country it is berthed in's laws. So, since we are 'birthed' into the "USA", we must follow the "US Law" which is known as "US Civil Code" and "U.C.C." uniform Commericial code; Both of which are very, VERY unconstitutional, humanely limiting, and downright degrading to everything it truly means to be a righteous real human being.

Does this make sense at all? This is why True America only had a Constitution, and a Military to protect the land where people can come to be their True Kingly selves. We didn't have "laws" or "regulations" or anything, we had our genuine Soul rights, and a constitution which spelled them out. Now, 250 years later, we have artificial "laws" and "statutes" and "regulations", many of which go against the basic human right of Right. Of the golden rule, which is we are all kings/queens and have unlimited power thus, but must respect and not abuse that power in ways we would not want it abused on us.

Edit: I thought of another good example, did you know when you get a ticket, you are only signing a contract which says you will "appear" in court (look up the legal definition of appear). It does not state nor is it mentioned that you have to talk to a judge, sit through a trial, or do ANYTHING, you simply have to "appear" (you don't have to represent anyone or anything). So what do we do now that we know this? Well, next time you get a ticket, you sign it "Without Prejudice (Firstname): (Lastname, w/ one capital letter at the start of each name), With U/C", this means that basically you are signing the ticket in order to appease the officer, but that you refuse to acknowledge the 'artificial person' and won't represent them. Then, you go into the court house on your court day, and yo ugo up to the bailiff and ask them to initial your ticket (btw, you don't even have to get this far, it turns you can actually write your own contract on the back of your copy of the ticket and send it to them, now you put the ball in your court, and if they don't respond, they fall out of honor and you "win", or you can go even further and give them a deadline to respond, and if they don't meet your deadline, send them one more w/ another deadline and a stipulation that something will happen if they don't meet the deadline, and if they don't respond to you w/in, you "win" and you get w/ever stipulation you put ((make sure you get this all notarized))), So anyway though, you can ask the bailiff to iniitial your ticket, then you sit down, then when the judge calls your "name" (the artificial person that you agree to represent if you say that it is you), you stand up, turn around, and walk out. You have just "appeared". You don't talk to anyone, do not stop, DO NOT STOP. The judge will call your "name" again and again, if you so much as HESITATE for a second, You've given physical admittance into the contract, and the judge can then go "tackle his ass!" or anything, but if you do not stop, if you do not enter into the contract, they can not legally do anything to you (and trust me, they follow the rules, they want yo uto enter their contract so that they can legally (following the new set of rules that goes w/ that contract) screw you). Anyway though, you just leave. You've done your part, you appeared.

But its even better to just send them a ticket saying "You show me the written law mandating that I need to (whatever it is that you did/didn't do why you received the ticket), And I will gladly and honorably make it right and fix the debt (debt is a legal term going beyond money). You have two weeks to respond".

In contract law, there are only 3 things you can do, you can respond with an agreement and pay the contract, you can not respond (which is still agreeing to the contract), or you can send it back. THE ONLY WAY TO NOT AGREE TO A CONTRACT (THROUGH MAIL) IS TO SEND IT BACK. So if they don't send you your contract back to you, you can safely assume that it was accepted (hopefully you got it notarized/put in the mail by a witness/etc the whole nine yards those who know law will know what I'm talking about). The same theory goes for paying back debts, "paper" is just a representation of "debt paid", so therefore, you can use anything to pay off a debt (and people do this), through contracts. Meaning, you send someone a piece of paper scribbled in purple crayon, "By accepting this piece of paper, all outstanding debts are hereby paid". The person at the bank is going to think your nuts and throw it away, but you know what they did by throwing it away? They accepted your contract, for the only way to disagree, is to send it back. So now you go to court (if they still keep bugging you), showing the judge your notarized contract etc and how they never responded ere go they agreed, and the judge will ask them if they ever received it (they will deny most likely, which is why you get it delivered w/ tracking mail, have a witness put it in the mail (to witness that there was *something* in the envelope), and get it notarized etc).

See, our real system of law was taken from us in the early 1900's, and replaced w/ this BS Social Security Contract after Contract scheme, however they didn't tell anyone, and it is still a very well kept secret to this day (not even 100 years old yet). but you can look up and verify all this for yourself.

Something that comes to mind, I saw in another thread someone mention "I think inheritances should be limited to 2-3 million per kid", let me ask you, what makes you dare think you have the authority over anyone else to dare impose how much they can give of their own property to another? I'm sorry, but I just don't understand the points you are trying to make. Your musings are rather verbose with no real flow, transition, or clarity. It is very difficult to derive your hypotheses and any argumentation that follows. Your posts come off as ramblings. Please try to reword them concisely. In post #9 you wrote almost 1700 words and it is just too much to handle.

So let's try to break it down, tell me if I am misinterpreting your main point/direction:
You are arguing that by creating a birth certificate or SIN that you are assuming an identity created by the State. By entering this "contract" of assuming an identity within the State, we are relinquishing our human rights.

Do I have that correct? That is what I have been able to surmise.
My retort to that would be, first of all you have to establish what "rights" you should be granted. "Rights" are a term made up the the State. I would say are given "rights" but we have to take our "freedoms". And absolutely, we relinquish some "freedoms" for the greater good of society. Society is a very interesting beast: We have a whole set of norms and mores which we are expected to conform to. I would argue that it isn't the formal entering of society by getting a "identity" with the State that limits our "freedoms". It is the informal submission to those mores, norms, and values where we lose those "freedoms"; however, those "freedoms" are not given away freely, we trade them for order and stability. I gladly give up being held up at a red light for a couple minutes in order to gain the stability of knowing flow of traffic will allow me enough time. But if you want to play within society, you must follow the guidelines as set by the majority of the populous. You can choose to drive without a license or drunk, you could do anything as long as you don't get caught; but if you do so within mainstream society, you are risking getting caught and facing the consequence of your actions. If you don't like the rules or the consequences, if you think that you have lost "rights" and "freedoms", then you can always gain them back by exiting mainstream society. Look at the mormons, they have their own set of more, norms and values that conflict with those of the majority of the North American populous. Mainstream society, as we know it, has not been able to bring them back into the fold and reform them. You can do the same, but for me, I would gladly give up some "freedoms" in order to know it will take me 30 minutes to drive to work, that I can come home to a hot shower and hot meal, and sleep in a safe and secure neighbourhood.

I had typed out a longer post, but due to my wanting to remain respectful (though it appears other people lack that ability), I erased it.

I will say however, that I am not a troll. I haven't even been into these Utopian Forums in over two weeks. I simply found a site today that was a nice compendium of knowledge that I have had to learn from a myriad of scattered sources over many years, so I thought I would share it with those here who are intelligent enough to see it for what it is and (hopefully) apply it to their lives.

Though most of the people that post do not seem to fit that bill, I know that there are a lot more people that read these forums that choose not to post, that I'm sure hold the capacity to understand such legal documents, and to improve their quality of life through the knowledge it imparts (including but not limiting too how to take and keep your power, how to never consent it away, and how to "beat the system" almost every time, not that we want to "beat the system" and cheat anybody, but that we ourselves don't want to be cheated by the foul system that we have that is notorious for ruining social and financial lives).

So, to those of you that this message speaks too, I wish all the best in the future. We have some hard times ahead of us, and some factions are going to be forming (those that have educated themselves, awoken to the mass madness around us, know it for what it is and are tired of it once and for all, and those like Mr. TA above me, who just 'know what they know and thats all they know, and anything else is BS'), and the more you can arm yourself with knowledge now, while its easily accessible and for all to see, you will stand a much better chance of defending against whatever might come your way.

Oh, and one last word, if theres just one thing you could learn when it comes to "the law". Contracts. Learn how contract law works, what "staying in honor" is. If you could learn contract law, you begin to see that our entire "legal system" and the things that we think are "laws" are really nothing more then 'beliefs' that when contracted to act upon that belief most people not knowing it is only an illusion but thinking it is physical 'law' consent and act upon said offered contract, fearing that if they don't, there will be "legal repercussions" (which there are not, well, unless of course you consent to that contract, but if your going to not consent to the first, why on Earth would you consent to the second 'punishment' contract) and typically admitting themselves to physical/emotional/social/financial hardship, as well as the possibility of entering a penal institution and never coming out again (without deserving of such treatment, I mean). Like for example, when Mr. Thunder TA here gives one of us a "ticket", he's not charging us with a crime. He's not even mandating or telling us that we "have" to go to court (though in his post it seems that he would actually (wrongfully) tell someone that). He is offering us a contract, saying "Sir or Ma'am, it is my belief that you have performed such and such, would you please be willing to go see a judge?" Most people, not knowing what to do, sign it, and either go to court, or don't. They don't know that they can sign that contract using Under Duress, meaning that if you didn't sign, bad repercussions would come, and so you signed only out of necessity, but that you do not agree to the contract. To remain in honor though, we will go to the court house, and have the bailiff sign our ticket, indicating that we did show up, even though we didn't agree too, we only just signed a paper out of necessity (while disagreeing to the contract, hence "Under Duress"), and when the judge enters the room, you simply stand up and walk out. You've fulfilled your contractual obligation to appear, you have no further contract with the court, but most people, once again, not knowing the illusions and beliefs, thinking it is "the way", they stick around and wait for the 'judge' to give them a new contract, which they agree to that one as well.

It's all about contract laws. If someone sends you a bill, you can send them a contract. If someone sends you anything, you can send them a contract. If people try to offer you a contract, you can counter-offer. A whole lot of power opens up when you realize we are living in a world of consent; both passive and knowledgeable. Oh, and learning about contract law goes hand in hand with learning about the Artificial vs the Natural Person. This is all truth, there is no lies, no misconceptions, no 'conspiracies' here (which i don't even know why you would use the word 'conspiracy', considering that it doesn't even apply to this conversation... But hey I guess that is just the general level of intelligence around Utopia these days...) Contract law is part of the civil sector. Sure, we don't have to oblige the contracts we agree to, but then you will be liable under criminal code. As I stated before, and you ignored: If you don't like the rules, then don't play the game. If you don't agree with terms of contractual agreements then don't enter into them. If you feel you have lost "rights" and "freedoms", then you can always gain them back by exiting mainstream society.

I, myself, am well aware of the legal obligations I enter into with the state when I get a health card or a driver's license; or even when I purchase a service on contract or accept a job offer. I agree with the ideals and principles that designed these "contracts" by the society I live in. I find civilization works much better working within this system than trying to work around it. I feel my life is more fulfilling than societies like the Pygmies living the Amazon who don't have such stringent contracts.
